  My son bought a watch from this store on 3-16-22. When they were negotiating a price my son said he would only pay 50 dollars for the watch and the man accepted that price. When we got home we realized that the watch wasn't stainless steel like the man said it was and how it was labeled, and that he charged him 60 plus tax. We went back the next day and he would only exchange the item because it does state no returns. My issue is that he sold us something that isn't real and not the material he and the watch says it is. So we picked out another one and when we tested that one it also wasn't stainless steel and only one of the 4 dials worked. And the top and button bottoms didn't work. So we went back again on 3-19-22 and asked for a refund since the watch is fake and again he said no. He then told us " those buttons and dials are just for show and don't work". I told him he never said that and why would we want a watch that doesn't function like it is suppose to. He refused to do anything and said no returns. I understand now why he doesn't accept returns because once you realize it is fake there is nothing you can do about it. Mall security and the police officer told me they couldn't do anything but I could file a civil suit. I am trying this first to see if anything can be resolved. You will see in the photo three buttons and and the top and bottom don't work and all the small dials don't work. I tried to attach another photo of the back and band that are stamped stainless steel but wasn't able to. I can provide them if needed.
