    This BBB complaint is submitted to respectfully request a $17.95 refund from Mazzio's Corporation (********).On 12/4/23, I purchased a **************************** (Order No. 162) from Store No. 087 for $17.95. The pizza I received was uncooked & inedible (the slices oozed uncooked sauce & un-melted shredded cheese) & the salad was unfresh (the original freshness date sticker was torn off & replaced, but the expired date sticker residue was still on the container).I made the following attempts to contact ********, but received no response or refund:1. 12/4/23. Called ******** **************** (****************), but it was closed.2. 12/5/23. Called **************** & spoke to ***** Described the ****************************. **** remarked "GROSS!" & agreed the freshness sticker was replaced. **** said she had no authority to give a refund & could only replace the pizza, which I did not want.3. 12/5/23. Left ******** Feedback voicemailbox a message per ****'s advice, but never received a callback as promised.4. 12/8/23. Left feedback on ******** Feedback web portal, but never received a response from ********.5. 12/9/23. Received voicemail from Store No.087 Mgr. ***. Returned her call on 12/11/23 & spoke to ****************** said I would need to talk to ***, who was not in. **** told me *** would call me tomorrow, but *** did not.6. 1/23/24. After no contact from ********, I called Store No.087 Mgr. *** again. Told her I called on 12/11/23 & **** said she would call me back, but she never did. *** said she had no ability to refund my purchase. *** said only ******** Treasury gives refunds. *** said she would ask Treasury to call me, but they never did.7. 1/30/24. Called ******** Treasury myself & left a message, but was not called back.8. 1/31/24. Called ******** Treasury again, but was not called back.9. 1/31/24. Emailed ******** through The BBB web portal, but received no response.For the reasons above, I respectfully request a refund of $17.95 from ******** for Order No. 162.

    Dear Better Business Bureau:

    For the reasons discussed in more detail below, I am NOT satisfied with ******** Corp's efforts so far. A refund of $17.95 has not been posted to the online credit card account I gave **** from ******** Corp as she promised me on Thursday, February 8, ****. Until this happens, I respectfully request that this complaint remaiin open.

    I am respectfully rejecting this response because:

    1. On Wednesday, February 7, ****, I received the attached voicemail message **** from Mazzios Corp (*************) at my telephone number (**************) at 4:00 PM CST. In the voicemail, **** from ******** Corp states she is "calling about the refund" and says that "if [ I ] ... call her back, [she] ... will help me with that."

    2. On Thursday, February 8, ****, I contacted **** from ******** Corp at the above number at 2:21 PM CST. I provided **** from ******** Corp the credit card number, card information & expiration date she requested. **** from ******** stated that a refund of $17.95 would appear on the credit card account "today" (i.e., Thursday, February 8, ****).

    3. As of Friday, February 9, ****, I am still awaiting a refund of $17.95 to appear online as either an "actual" or "pending" cedit. The $17.95 refund did not appear on Thursday, February 8, **** as promised by **** from ******** Corp and it has not been posted today (i.e., Friday, February 9, ****).

    Until a refund of $17.95 has been posted & appears online on the account I gave **** from ******** Corp as she promised on Tnursday, February 8, I respectfully request that this complaint remaiin open. I am NOT satisfied with ******** Corp's efforts so far.

    Since responding to your request on Friday, February 9, ****, a credit for $17.95 has now appeared on my online credit card account from ******** Corp.
    As a result, I AM satisfied with ******** Corp's efforts to resolve my complaint.
    Consequently, I do now accept the response ******** Corp has made to resolve this complaint.
    I very respectfully request that you now close my complaint and this case.

    Wouldve rated it way below 1 if possible. Placed an order for lunchtime with my family for delivery. Worst experience ever. I always order calzones four meat four cheese to be exact. This time i ordered 3 calzones and 2 came without cheese. 2nd time that my calzones come without any cheese. I called customer service and i was told give us 25 minutes and we will have ur delivery order redelivered. An hr goes by and no redelivery. I called customer service again and was told after calling the store to see where my order was at that the manager at location said if i want my order to pick it up myself. Defeats the purpose of ordering delivery if to get the correct order you have to go out of your way to pick it up yourself. At this point store credit was applied. Customer service provided a corporate office number i requested and i called no answer whatsoever. Nobody profesional to talk to. After dealing with customer service for about an hr i requested a refund. They said i have to speak to the manager at location for the refund. Got transferred over to store and the manager said his driver is the only driver and if i want my refund i have to wait for the driver to return to the store so i can get that money back. Now this is 2-3 hrs after the driver initially delivered my order. So very bad customer service. Will no longer use mazzios. Manager said “you have a history with us for making complaints” well mind you this is the 2nd time calzones are without cheese so am i not supposed to complain? Im only requesting what i paid for. WORST MAZZIOS EXPERIENCE EVER

    Regarding the complaint from ************************* on 7/15,  ID ******** , we are unable to locate the order in question.   Please have her provide the date of order, location ordered from , and phone number on the order ticket.
