- Additional Info:In most BBB complaints received against this business consumers report they have not received refunds and/or the business did not deliver the RVs as agreed per the contract. The business has responded to one case BBB has brought to its attention with the explanation: "If we are unable to supply you with a unit due to the circumstances then you will be due a refund. Fax over your cancellation documents and you should receive credit or refund within 15 working days from the time it is received." This consumer followed the instructions but the refund has not been received. In a letter dated, February 23, 2011 BBB contacted the business concerning the pattern of consumer complaints and the high complaint volume. BBB offered to meet with the business to discuss possibilities of decreasing the amount of future complaints. BBB did not receive a response to the letter. BBB complaints against this business also claim very rarely are phones answered and voice mails left are not returned.
