I had F&F doing my Corporate & Personal taxes for probably the last 7 years, and In the last two years they have really dropped the ball. Filing taxes very late, poor communication, ect. This year I got hit with hundreds of dollars in penalties and interest because they did not file the taxes on time. I asked them about the bill for late payment I got from the IRS and whether or not they had filed extensions. They said they had filed extensions but that does not stop penalties and interest for late payment stacking up, and that I should have guessed what I owed and paid on time and it's not their fault. Maybe I should have know that filling and extension does not extend when you owe the money, but I didn't, and I pay them because they are supposed to know these things and guide me through the process. They failed at that, and still had the gal to charge me more than they charged last year. They were once a fine company, but no more.Review from Ryan A

***** and his team have completely ghosted my wife and I after 13 years of doing business. I sent several communications about our ****************************** early January, 2022. On March 31st, after two follow up emails from me, I received an apologetic email and a promise for a more specific response the following day but it was never received. I called the office on Tax day and was advised an extension had been filed, but no ETA could be provided for a response to our situation, our tax review, or tax filing for 2021. Several more weeks have passed with ZERO communication from F&F. I'm incredibly disappointed that our 13 year relationship has come to an end this way. F&F is clearly having some internal issues and I would recommend finding an alternative accounting firm for your needs.Review from Layla C

This year they did not file out taxes. We delivered our files to the office March 18. They filed an extension on our behalf with no contact, because they said they could not get to our taxes due to staffing shortage. They never even let us know, we had to continually contact them. They lied and said our taxes were "in the queue" but never even filed or looked at them until a month and a half later. They have not returned any of our calls, or attempts to work out payment arrangements until they filed, and as of today have yet to file. They ignore us. They will not contact us. They lie and do not have the heart of a teacher. Which is so sad because they came so highly recommended by *********************, and we have used them several years in a row. Sad they lost a client due to incompetence.Review from Heather W

They made a mistake in September and didnt send in information properly, causing a severe delay in the next course of action. After the mistake was discovered they agreed to assist in the matter at no charge, as well as file 2021 taxes at no charge. While the taxes were filed and accepted, the assistance was never done and I was placed on the back burner. This has resulted in added stress and for added fees and more to happen. They have been telling me they were waiting on the other party for further action. After contacting the other party, they told them the agreement could be made but it was never made. I have been waiting for over two months. I then updated them as to what was happening. It has been TWO weeks since notifying them of the issue and there has been no update or resolution. This is the most unprofessional and unreliable company I have ever done business with.
