We were sent there by our retiring tax lady, last year she did our taxes and they never called when finished like they said, when asked they lied and said they did call. This year (against better judgment) thinking they were just busy we went back. I called a week ago for a tax appointment and asked if they were doing sit down appointments or drop off again? They said both, I said I dont want to wait forever again with drop off and she made appointments for the following week, Then I called again after making two appointments, one for me, one for my dad to make sure theyd be done that day so he didnt have to go twice (hes 75 and disabled) was told yes theyd be done that day, if we wanted to drop them off before, could be a chance theyd be done when we got there for our appointments. So I dropped them off before to hopefully help them out. We show up for our appointments and first they couldnt find the paperwork then they said the appointment was to drop off the tax papers to be done? WHAT?! That makes NO sense! Then called me the liar. Why would I of dropped them off before? Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.Customer Response

When she said the appointment was to drop off paperwork and ask a question? I laughed and said what question? We both dont have questions, its the same as last year (I already confirmed that on the phone while making the appointment) and why do you need an appointment to drop off paperwork lol they are rude, unfriendly and unprofessional!
