    I had a stove issue and a policy for a home warranty with ******************************************** contracts with ***** which sub-contracts with Xigent .repairman came out and identified the problem. Said he would order the parts. Follow up appointment made. The day before I get a text asking if the parts came. What parts? I was not told the parts would be sent to my home. I told him no. He then proceeded to tell me it was my responsibility to find out where the parts were? I was shocked. I contacted First American and after a week or so of no information and no parts - the parts were re-ordered. The parts came and I text the guy and said they were here. He then asks if they are the right parts? Did I check the #'s. Really? I was shocked. ***** made the appointment, Got a text that it was re-scheduled via text. It was , it wasnt. Parts replaced. Repairman very nice. the following week I get texts, emails to confirm a service all. I even got a call from a repairman on his way to my house? Repairs had been done 1 week prior. I do not recommend using this company

    Under ********** Services warranty contact, Xigent came to repair our dryer on 3/14/2023.The technician indicated the motor needed replaced and the control board which may be hard to find. He indicated it could take a while to get the parts and ***** may opt to replace the dryer (which we did not care either way about as long as repaired). Multiple appointments were set up by ***** and changed by Xigent "awaiting the parts" which came in two separate shipments. Xigent kept changing, pushing back, the appointment date until all of the parts were here (3 total parts). In checking directly with ********** Services they indicated that one of the parts, the control board, was not even ordered until 4/3/2023 (20 days after the repair person had been here on 3/14/2023). On 4/14/2023, with all three parts in, the Xigent repair person came with a trainee to replace the parts and repair the dryer. Two of the three parts were replaced (motor and fan), but the new control board would not work/connect and upon trying to re-connect the old board it would not work either. I told the technician, in no uncertain terms and with some anger, that the dryer was working when he arrived and I expected it to be working when he left or by the end of the day. I was not happy that a dryer that was running was rendered inoperable by their visit (opposite of a repair goal). He left the control board unattached on the top of the dryer, the breaker for the dryer off and left after we exchanged some words. Nothing heard from Xigent since and two calls to ********** Services committed to a call back, neither of which happened from them (********** Service or Xigent). We'd have been better off, have a dryer that was running, if the Xigent repair person had not even come 4/14/2023. If they hadn't, we would have a dryer, albeit in need of new parts, but that was running.
