Bad company to do business with. Very unresponsive. High priced. Did not honor their promotional discount. Unwilling to negotiate. Poor interpersonal relations. They just don't know how to do business.

This is a restoration contractor that we did work for. We were attentive, and communicated with him through the job. He was non responsive. His CCB license expired during the project. He held payment on several thousand dollars for us to complete work that was not contracted for. The truth is he and his company was the problem. This can be verified with the Tenants in the home and the owner of the property. My guess is he has still not finished his part of the project. Let us know if you need statements or any documentation for verification of this false claim.
Furthermore, we not only honored our discount that is written into our agreement when we collected the final payment for the work, but did not charge him for the additional work performed. This is simply another circumstance of an unprofessional business owner using social media as leverage.

I've spoken to my designers and found that we looked at this job for a customer in ********* He asked for a "Senior Discount", which we don't extend to folks. We try to give everyone a fair price. Not being willing to "Negotiate" is not a bad trait of a company, especially when we, again, are fair with our pricing, and treat everyone as we would like to be treated.
We did NOT do work with this person. He was disgruntled, obviously, with feeling a need to leverage social media to air his dirty laundry. We're a hard working, honest, local company that has stood on primarily referrals for over 25 years. It's sad that people try to do harm to a company simply because they didn't get their way of a discounted price, or whatever the case may be, it's not very honorable in my opinion.

NWCabinet Source, ******************** Is Nightmare Beware We chose this company in the beginning because they were positive, seemed easy to work with and could stay within our budget. Our project was to replace cabinets, countertop, stove, sink and hardware and to keep the same footprint, no change to flooring or the size of the kitchen.Two people came out to measure for the cabinets and the order was placed Aug. 2nd and a down payment was made. On Aug 8th Erv came back to us and admitted verbally they measured incorrectly. They gave 2 options which we agreed to option #1.Aug 12th the demo was done and the drywall repair had to be done twice because of such a poor job the first time. On Aug 18th the installation of cabinets began. When the installer got to the corner cabinet to make the right turn to complete the peninsula, it went 5.5 inches, past the wood flooring footprint, into the family room. The wood floor could not be matched and the project was stopped. The corner cabinet was too large, so the exhaust fan would no longer be over the stove and would need to be moved and the floor would have to be replaced. They gave us an option to move the sink so it would be off center of the window, or they could install a corner cabinet with access on the other side of the peninsula, neither acceptable!The problem at this point is we have to install a new floor. NW Cabinet Resource refused to take any responsibility for their mistake, and it would be on us to figure out what needs to be done. They would not even meet us halfway to fix their error. We are now $3,000.00 over budget.Next problem, they tried to give us 3rd party rollouts for the pantry. They either forgot to order rollouts or ordered incorrectly. NW Cabinet Resource blamed us for their mistake and refused to take any responsibility. Project lasted way over time September to December for a simple remodel.HIRE this company at your own risk
