I bought a $571 vacuum cleaner(v11 PLUS) and they sent me the model that is $250 cheaper then I ordered (v11 base model). I asked them to send me the one I ordered and told me either to send it back or they can give me $50 to keep it. $50 doesn't even come close to the difference in price of the vacuum I ordered and the vacuum i received. So I sent it back. They refunded me $342 saying the restocking fee was $228. FOR AN ITEM I DIDNT ORDER AND THEY WOULDNT EVEN SEND ME WHAT I PAID FOR! now I'm out $228 and no vacuum. They literally robbed me!

Bought a printer from this business on November 3rd, 2023 via Amazon. Item was obviously used and damaged. Sent it back on November 8th, 2023 and it was received by business on November 10. Seller has since refused to refund money.

I bought an ASUS ROG STRIX G513QY from this seller. The item received was on time and the packaging was already opened, but I already knew it was a used device. On the seller listing it states that it was "professionally upgraded" and such. I thought that was okay because I didn't want to open the laptop myself. Well, I get it, open the box, then plug it in to charge. As soon as I plugged it in the charge light went off. I thought that this was weird, so I used a different charger as well as ordered two more chargers that are OEM for the device. None of them worked. After research and contacting ASUS, it appears that the motherboard is bad and that this is a known issue for these laptops, but the motherboard only goes bad after extensive, and stressful, usage. I never once got to even turn the laptop on so there is no way I would have been able to even test to see if the laptop was working and the reason, I haven't been able to turn it on is because of the bad motherboard that they sold me in a product that is OVER $1,000 USD. I am still awaiting my refund. I have read reviews that they will intentionally lie to the customer about the product and only send part of the refund. Here is one link:   BEWARE OF SELLER! They will send you a broken product knowingly and lie when they get it back!

I received a gift of a Dyson vacuum cleaner. It was defective so I contacted Dyson as it did not work. They had me return it for repair. After several attempts to repair it I returned it for a refund. Cardinal Pro Electronics charged me a 50% restock fee for a machine that did not work. They did not offer a replacement or any solution.

I purchased a Dyson Ball vacuum on September 19, 2022. Once received I immediately opened it up and put it together. It was in what appeared to be the original packaging when I got it. When attempting to use this vacuum it would not operate effectively. I contacted the seller, Cardinal Pro Electronics, and told them exactly what it was doing. It acted like it had too much suction and you couldn't even push the vacuum across the floor. We even called the Dyson customer service line for assistance but was told it was defective and to exchange it. I contacted the seller concerning an exchange and they stated they did not do exchanges, but that I could return it to them and re-order if I wanted a different one. They approved the return when it was submitted and the vacuum was returned. Once they received it the seller only refunded me $4.79 stating the vacuum I sent back was not the same they sent me. This is absolutely false and they are trying to defraud me. I contacted the company immediately letting them know it was defective. The vacuum I returned was the original vacuum they sent to me. Amazon won't do anything about it taking their word when in fact I returned the exact model they sent to me. I have not been asking for money back, just an exchange of the same product, but they are continuing to state false accusations.

I purchased a refurbished laptop from Amazon through the vendor Cardinal pro electronics for 853 on February 24th I received the product and the computer will not connect to the internet long enough to complete a simple web search or download updates and the stylus which was included will not charge or turn on and is there for broken I issued a refund and was charged $170 for a restocking fee I asked what the refund policies were and they told me it was the same as Amazon's, but Amazon States "New desktop, laptops, or tablets (excluding Kindle E-readers and Fires) purchased from Amazon.com that didn't start when they arrived, arrived in damaged condition, or is still in an unopened box can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase." As I have stated the product arrived in a damaged condition. This means that I am not to be charged any fee much less a restocking fee for a product that should not be resold due to known defects
