Purchased Yesterday 4/3/22 at roughly 6PM.We have been in the market for an *** for a few weeks now, with the current demand for ***/UTVs and manufacturing constraints I fully anticipated paying full **** including shipping and the dealerships setup fees. When we initially sat down with Beaverton Motorcycles sales manager, they showed us all the numbers and it was as I expected. We signed the initial paperwork and informed them that we qualified for Polariss Heros Advantage as my wife served in the Marines, we had all appropriate forms of ID including Polariss qualification email. Right now, per Polariss website this qualifies us for $250 towards accessories on for this ***. The Sales manager went back and reworked the numbers. He ended up taking $250 off the **** but found that he had made a mistake and the setup fee should have been $260 more, taking it from $500 to $760. We went back and forth on this for a while, but they honestly didnt care. From Beaverton Motorcycles standpoint this sale was a wash, the supposed reduction of the **** was made up on their own setup fee. We bought the *** anyway figuring it is what it is but during the 4hr drive back home I realized, what bothers me the most about this is I have no doubt they intend to turn in our Heros Advantage coupon and get an additional $250 from Polaris. This is a Shady dealership who would rather make a steal a buck than honor not only a veteran herself but a widow who lost her belated husband in ***********. I wouldnt return to Beaverton Motorcycles if they were the only dealership Polaris sent merchandise to in the future. I have submitted a complaint to Polaris Customer Connections to notify them of this dealerships stealing Polaris rebates from their customers and would like this Dealership to make things right.
