On July 20, 2023 I received a call from *********************/Advantage Media Partners. I am a Realtor and he told me that they were a company that works with ****** Local Ads trying to place Realtors at the top when buyers/sellers were searching for Realtors. He said that his IT person ************************* would set up my ad and he would be in touch with me to do this. There was a continuous monthly $200.00 (I was told I could cancel anytime), and a $50.00 set up fee, then ****** would charge a fee per lead on top of that. I was charged right away $250.00. ****** called me and said I would need to complete a background check through ****** first before the setup and ad would go live. I wanted to do some further inquiries before following through. I called an agent that I knew that was in ****** Local Ads and asked her some questions about the ****** Local Ads and the process. She explained to me that I didn't need a third party company to help me do this and I could set this up myself; I would only be charged for leads through ****** and they would be supportive and help with the process. I also called ****** and asked about the background check and the process. They sent me further information in an email. After receiving this information and reviewing, I felt that the company Advantage Media Partners was a scam. I sent an email to their customer service cancelling on August 3, 2023. I did reach out to them after cancelling because I felt I should receive some refund. They emailed me back saying I wasn't going to be receiving anything back. I informed them that I would be reaching out to the BBB.

This company is an absolute scam. Nonstop phone calls at least 4 to 5 times a week. Have been requested to be taken off the list. Phone number is registered with do not call Registry. Representatives are rude and obscene using foul and coarse language. Company spoof dials from local numbers makes derogatory comments then hangs up. And continues to call the next day period total scam of a company!

SCAM!! I did not receive one lead from them when promised leads would be generated. I tried to dispute the charge and they claim they rendered service which is insane since there is virtually no proof that any ad was generated. They cold called me an felt pushed to use their service. I agreed for 1 month and was told I would be "guaranteed" calls for my business. This company is an absolute scam!! Stay away!
