    I ordered a part on 12/18/22. I received a receipt email showing my order was paid for and provided the order number. I have never received my part. I have emailed them at least 10 times and reached out to them in ******** multiple times. They actually responded and asked for my order number which I provided. No response after that. I have tried to contact them anyway possible and it is convenient they no longer have a contact phone number. I guess they are just stealing peoples money at this point. The part itself isnt extremely expensive, but the other parts I ordered that were base on having to use the LSxinnovations were expensive and I am unable to return them at this point.

    I ordered a belt drive kit to install a lsa blower on a 5.3. I placed the order on 1/9/23 and received a email with order number (*****) the receipt states shipping will be 2-5 business days but I never received a tracking number I have tried to contact lsx innovations multiple times since 1/19/23 and have had no response. I disputed the charges in the amount of ****** and I am waiting for a response from my bank. Isx innovations is a terrible place to buy any parts they don't even have parts its all a scam to steal money from people don't order from lsx innovations.

    I order parts for Customer car I have in the shop I Placed the Order on 12/03/2022 for the amount of $154.99 they never sent me Tracking number or status of my order if its backorder nothing.. there website says ship in the same or next business day .. I email them , sent them emails from there website no reply..

    On Dec 1st 2022 i ordered a Alternator bracket. I got an email right after saying my order is processing. On dec 5th i still hadn't received any tracking info yet so i message the company through email and ********* I messages them each day until the 8th when finally i reached out to other companies they had previously worked with. Those companies told me the owner sold the business and the new guy taking over is accepting orders but not fulfilling them, essentially scamming. *** contacted my bank and i have gotten a reissue of my money but this company's website needs to be taken down so they don't keep doing this

    I placed an order for parts on the company website on 3/6/22. The website shows all orders ship the same or next business day. My order number is *****. I paid for my order through Paypal and received confirmation of the order via email. When I did not receive any shipping confirmation I tried calling them on 3/22. They did not answer. I then tried submitting a request on the contact page of their website asking about the status of my order. I received an automatic reply thanking me for my contact and saying they would be in touch shortly, but was never contacted. I submitted two more requests on 4/14 and 5/4 but still have not heard from them. I simply want the part I ordered, a return of the $214.99 I paid, or an accurate delivery date of when the part will be shipped.
