  12/21/22 I paid Greenlee Roofing $3280.00 as quoted to replace all screws in my metal barn roof to fix multiple leaks at Mr ********************* recommendation. After the long and drawn out work was completedany of the pre existing leaks continued as well as worsening and ore leaks occuring. I sent multiple emails and called repeatedly to report this and ask for a recheck. I got no response for months. Finally, I believe in September of 22 mr ******************** came out and climbed on roof and caulked one spot (documented with photo) and said he could find nothing else wrong. I have photos to prove that only about 2/3 of screws were actually replaced and that several were installed poorly leaving u sealed holes in the roof. I was in ********** horse showing for the winter of ********* after they completed the work so I did not notice how little had been fixed until we had snow in 2023. After repeated calls to their office, I frankly gave up as we were able to ride outside and it was no longer a priority. Now I am going to pay a different company $4000.00 to do the work they were supposed to do in the first place. The company I hired said we get a lot of calls after people use ********************. The shoddy work they performed for me is clearly the norm for them. Please help. I cannot reach them and I am out of recourse on my own.

  We are very sorry to hear that you are still having roofing problems. Per our attached quote, we bid to "remove loose screws and replace them with larger grommet screws." This quote did not include replacing all screws, only loose screws. Upon our estimator's initial assessment of the roof, you were informed that you had ridge issues and this could also be contributing to your roof's leak. You chose not to include any ridge work in the scope of this repair. Repairing a roof is often a process of eliminating multiple contributing factors. While you may still be having an issue with your roof; the repair you hired us for was completed as quoted. 

  As far as we can tell from our records, both email and phone, we do not have any communication from you that has gone without a response. In response to your email on August 11th, 2022, **** Greenlee went out to review the work and found no issue. This is the last communication we have on record from you. 

  Customer service is very important to us, and we always strive to address any issues in a timely manner. If we failed in this aspect we apologize.
