  I called this company since their web site advertised, they are number 1 and sell the most chain link fence in AMERICA, and have locations everywhere, only to find out they LIE to you and their advertising is a BIG FRAUD. they sent a rep out to measure my home and give me a bid. Took over 2 weeks to get bid reason told was we want to make sure our bid is accurate and give you the right bid, I said ok then the bid came to me i said OK on the bid then told Owner ***** McGRAW has to come out and look at my home for the final bid which he did and we discussed everything he was going to do, and waited 5 days for his final bid, I got this and called and said OK to his bid and said come out to my home and i will give you half down and sign your contract, now this company is not as they claim, and ***** McGRAW IS A big fat liar. HE WROTE THE 2ND *** CAME TO MY HOME AND APPROVED THE *** HE WROTE,NOW ON 8-8-2023 i called him and said I'm good to go and set a time for 3:30pm on 8-9-2023 to be at my home for half down and sign contract, I get a call from *****, the owner telling me that he couldn't do the job go elsewhere. I said we have a deal you wrote bid come here lets talk, so he brings 2 men with him to BULLIE ME SPEAK TO ME RUDE,NEVER SHOW A BUSINESS CARD, and ***** THE **** just stood there said nothing. Now these 2 men have nothing to do with his franchise, ***** Mcgraw is owner and on the contractors license alone, yet he brings 2 strange men uninvited to my house they BULLIE ME, and this owner who owns this franchise IS NO MAN OF HIS WORDS AT ALL AND ANYONE THINKING OF SUPERIOR FENCE AND RAIL STAY AWAY THE ***** LIES,WRITES A *** AND WON'T STAND BEHIND HIS OWN *** OR HIS WORDS THAT HE SAYS HE WILL DO.STAY AWAY,this company is NOTHING BUT A SCAM,THEY WRITE YOU A ***,THEN LIE TO YOU,THEN DON'T LIVE UP TO WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO.AND THIS ***** DOESN'T KNOW EVEN HOW TO WRITE A *** AND STAND BEHIND WHAT HE WRITES AND 3 WEEKS 2 TIMES TO MY HOME HE'S NO MAN OF HIS WORD

  This customer was verbally abusive to all members of my staff, including myself, throughout the bidding process.  I believe the way the complaint is written proves the matter.  We visited his home the 2nd time because he demanded it not so I could double check my original bid as he stated.  Many other things in his statement are 100% unfounded and untrue.  Sending a bid out and then due to the abusive treatment deciding to withdraw the bid is not lieing.  This is an attack on my personal charactor.  It is my duty and responsiblity to protect my employees and I was not going to allow him to yell and verbally assult my office staff, sales consultant or my installers. Superior Fence and Rail is a national franchise with several locations nationwide. The 2 men he refers to are our Franchise Consultants here directly from the headquaters of the franchise.  They were in town for our area meeting, we presented the matter to them and we were advised to withdraw the bid, however, before doing so they wanted to discuss it with *********** to see if we could resolve the situation.  They witnessed first hand the verbal assults and withdrew the bid immediately.  No deposit was received. No contract was signed.

  I am rejecting this response because :they wrote a full contract up came to my home 2 times and told i had to wait for accurate prices on all materials the owner SAID this and gave me a contract to sign and made arrangements to sign contract on 8-8-23 for him to come to my home. THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD THEY ADVERTISE FRAUD ADVERTISING,THEY LIE TO YOU MAKE PROMISES TO YOU AND THE *** OF SIGNING CONTRACT AND I AGGREED TO EVERYTHING THEY WROTE IN CONTRACT ONLY TO FIND OUT THE ***** OF THIS BUSINESS IS NO MAN OF HIS WORDS OR PROMISES,HE ALSO IS A FRAUD SAYS HES AN ***** WRITES A CONTRACT CHECKS PRICES 2 TIMES BEFORE HE SUMMITS IT TO ME THEN 1 HOUR BEFORE SIGING IT HE CALLS SAYS HE LIED TO ME IS NO MAN OF HIS WORD AND THEY ARE A NEW COMPANY IN ******** AND I WANT EVERYONE TO KNOW STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY LIE TO YOU THE ***** WRITES A BID AND CONTRACT FOR ME TO SIGN HAD A FULL VERBAL AGREEMENT FROM ***** THEN HE LIES TO ME NO MAN OF HIS WORD OR BID AND YOU DON'T STAY IN BUSINESS THIS WAY.THIS MAN IS A BIG FAT LIAR,I GUESS AS ***** HE DOESNT KNOW HOW TO WRITE A BID OR CONTRACT NOT LIVE UP TO IT AND SAY LIE EXCUSES,BUT THEY FAIL IN RESPONSE TO SAY HOW THEY SENT 2 MEN OUT TO MY HOME NOT INVITED OR ANY PART OF THIS MANS BUSINESS AS HE STANDS THERE SAYS NOTHING EXCEPT LET 1-MAN BULLIE YOU LIE TO YOU NO BUSINESS CARD OR ID ON HIS NECK REFUSED TO IDENTIFY HIMSELF DROVE OFF IN RENTAL CAR NOT A BUSINESS CAR OR NAME ON IT AND THIS ***** WOULD'NT STAND BEHIND HIS WORDS OR BID AND LETS SOMEONE ELSE TELL YOU TO GO TO H*** AND THE ***** DOESN'T HAVE TO LIVE UP TO HIS WORD OR PROMISES MADE SO STAY AWAY FROM SUPERIOR FENCE RAIL THEY ADVERTISE FALSE ADVERTISING THE ***** IS A BIG FAT LIAR,AND HIS SISTER WHO ANSWERS PHONE,AND THEY GIVE OTHER FENCE COMPANYS A BAD NAME BECAUSE THEY LIE WRITE CONTRACTS THAT TAKE 3 WEEKS LIE TO YOU HOW LONG THEY BEEN IN BUSINESS AND TRUTH I FIND OUT LESS THAN 30 ***S AND THIS IS HOW THEY RUN THEIR BUSINESS AND ONLY 30 ***S AND LIE TO PEOPLE A TOTAL FRAUD HOW THEY ADVERTISE AND I WANT MY RESPONSE TO STAY ON RECORD FOR GOOD AND WARN PEOPLE STAY AWAY THEY LIE,WRITE FALSE BIDS AND REFUSE TO HONOR WHAT THEY PRESENT TO YOU THEN SEND STRANGE UN INVITED MAN TO YOUR HOME AND THREATEN YOU BULLIE YOU THEN WALK AWAY WHILE ***** BRINGS THEM TO YOUR HOME SAYS NOTHING WONT LIVE UP TO HIS WORDS,HIS CONTRACT OR WASTING YOUR TIME TWICE AT YOUR HOME TO WRITE AN ACCURATE BID THEN NOT LIVE UP TO IT HONOR IT AND BE NO BUSINESS MAN,.AND HE DOESNT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE,AND IS NEW BUT DOESNT CARE IF HE LIES TO YOU,WRITES THINGS IN WRITTING THEN DOESN'T LIVE UP TO WHAT HE SAYS SO STAY AWAY
