TERRIBLE SERVICE - I WAS CHARGED FOR SERVICES AND TOLD I WAS NOT A DOCTOR, WHEN MY SON HAD AN INFECTED TOE **** THE FEMALE PA WE SAW STATED THAT I WASN'T A DOCTOR SHE WAS AND AN ANTIBIOTIC WAS REQUIRED. I HAVE MANY YEARS OF WOUND CARE EXPERIENCE AND KNEW SHE WAS WRONG. I CALLED THE SAME DAY, HAD TO DRIVE BACK THE 1HR 25 MINS TO GET BACK TWO DAYS LATER TO HAVE THE **** REMOVED MY THE HOSPITALIST DOCTOR. HE THEN STATED THAT I WOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR SERVICES AND THE ISSUE WOULD BE TAKEN CARE OF AND THAT THE OTHER PA WOULD BE TRAINED IN THE PROPER MANNER WITH INGROWN ****S. I CALLED AND CALLED TO TALK ABOUT THE CHARGES, BUT I WAS IGNORED AND SENT TO COLLECTIONS. ENDED IN MEDIATION COURT AND I HAVE TO PAY IT ALL. I WAS TOLD I DIDN'T GO ABOUT IT IN THE RIGHT WAY. I CALLED, I SENT EMAILS, I WENT IN AND STILL I WAS IGNORED. WHAT OTHER WAY IS THERE? THE LITTLE GUY CAN'T WIN, BUT I WILL BECAUSE YOU JUST LOST AN ENTIRE FAMILY OF PATIENTS. No star!!! By far the worst staff I've ever seen in a hospital. Rude,short, and barking orders making you feel like your in trouble,very uncomfortable. Left in room for 4 hours,no water absolutely horrible people here. Left saying on a bench for 4 hours in a room with staff laughing and talking g outside the door. They did this to my girlfriend 4 times and I didn't believe her, but here I am experiencing America's worst hospital, even the front desk lady was really rude. Asking g questions I've never ************* before. DEFENETLY DO NOT RECOMEND COMI G TO THE NORTH BEND MEDICAL CENTERS EMERGENCY BRANCH!!!!!!!!

I'm sorry that you had such poor service. Unfortunately, it appears that you are referencing the emergency room at the hospital rather than North Bend Medical Center. We don't show a record of services that would support this complaint at North Bend Medical Center. Again, I apologize that you had a poor experience and would recommend reaching out to the facility that services were provided at.
