This client received over 45 minutes of the Drs. time and the Dr. answered numerous questions for the client. One of the kittens is feral and could not be examined safely that day. The client was given the option to leave and not take the Drs. time. She chose to stay and have her questions answered. The Drs. time and knowledge are valuable, even without a hands on exam. We set aside enough time to consult about 2 kittens and we reduced the fee by 50% as 2 consultations didn't take place. We are not refunding any fees as services were rendered.

I am rejecting this response because: the veterinary explain to me how she got bit by a cat and why she didnt want to try to hold them she said she was taking medication and even though she was wearing gloves and show me the scarf in her hand. I left very surprise and confuse and I was able to react later. What kind of questions did I have if she told me would not help the kittens. I took them to Echo Hallow and the more experience vets saw them and had no problem. They are very dishonest and should not make up stories. Unprofessional and taking advantage of the clients.

    Sincerely,
