          On September 25, 2019, BBB recognized a pattern of complaints from consumers regarding product and refund issues. Consumers allege after they order and pay for the company to provide them an EIN tax ID number, they discover EIN numbers are offered for free from the IRS directly.  Although the company has a disclaimer regarding the free service provided by the IRS as part of the footnote disclaimer on their website, consumers allege they did not see the disclaimer nor were they informed before their purchase.  Two consumers allege the company never provided them with an EIN number.

          BBB found the company states the following on their website, “Ein Forms Gov/Tax Filing Forms is a document preparation & filing service and cannot provide legal, financial, or other professional advice. We do not review the information you submit on a professional, legal or accounting level as we are not, nor are we affiliated with any attorneys or accountants. You can obtain an EIN yourself at no charge with the IRS but we won’t be able to assist you. This website is not affiliated with the US Department of Treasury or the IRS.”

          As of October 29, 2019, the company has not responded.

            On 09/20/2019 I paid this company Tax-Filing-Forms for EIN Registration for my Louisiana LLC Business unaware at the time they were scamming consumers for services to register businesses that are provided by government agencies I learned of today 08/07/2024 when I tried looking up my business registry because I needed to change my mailing address.Only to learn the only registrations made were to state and federal filings I made initiated and completed on my behalf in September of 2019.

            I have uploaded the document I was sent and paid online, and the company failed to provide my company an IEN Number. I have attempted to call and the company numerous times and appears to not be in business or was most likely fraudulent in the first place.

            I began filling out form, I thought forms were completed and it asked for payment information. I filled it out and i was charged right away. It didnt ask me to review my order or charge before placing the charge. It then said I had to fill out two more forms for the sellers permit. When I reviewed those forms I realized I wasnt eligible to apply. If the first page was all I needed I would have paid for it but it did not warn me that I needed to fill out two more pages and charged me before application was completed. I realized quickly that this wasnt right. Im extremely nervous that they took personal information such as my SS number. *** tried emailing and calling several times stating I did not fill out last two pages and would like my refund. Ive had no response. This is clearly a scam. I would like my full refund as well as to have all my information erased from their system. This site is misleading on many levels. Ive never paid for anything before it was completed. *** also never had a transaction go through without asking you to review information and agree to payment. No one answers phone or emails. There is a threatening statement on confirmation email that says payment disputing payment is fraudulent. Please help me with this. The *** should not allow this site to exist. They make it seem like this is how one applies for a sellers permit but the government offers it for free. My application will not go through to govt because the last two pages arent filled out. There for I should have a refund. How is this site allowed to exist. I have since received many calls and emails from other businesses that are scams which leads me to believe they are selling peoples information. Attached is the email they sent me as soon as payment went through.

            I had received three notices on three different occasions by the Department of the Treasury **************** Services for receiving an Economic Impact Payment. March 5, 2021 they claim that $600.00 was issued by direct deposit.March 26, 2021 they claimed that $600.00 was issued by Check/Debit card.March 2, 2022 they claimed that $1,400.00 was issued to **** havent received any of these payments. I tried to contact these people several times by postal mail, and they never responded back. I *** know if its a scam or what.

            The business' website impersonates an IRS website. I was trying to apply for an EIN, but I submitted all my sensitive information and was asked to pay $250 when I realized I was scammed. I did not make any payment, but I would like my sensitive information deleted immediately by this scam business.
