I was very skeptical that any online ************************ would actually be able to help me recover a fair value for my total loss vehicle. But after speaking with ****** at ********* and researching the company as best I could I decided to roll the dice. I still wasn't 100% sure I wasn't just throwing good $ after bad but I needed to try something. Boy was I wrong!! ****** was true to her word that she would be able to help me secure significantly more for my vehicle than what was currently being offered by my insurance company. I ended up receiving $5,500 more in base value for my vehicle than what my insurance company was offering thanks to ****** and Auto Loss! The process was very simple and settlement was negotiated in a matter of 3 business days!!Review from John B

When I started the process communication was quick and very pleasant. But apparently that was only so they could get my money. The report provided by ******** did not get me any diminished value back. After following all the steps, ****** claims Im not eligible for a refund but will not tell me why. ****** became very rude and unprofessional. Dont waste your money, such a terrible experience while already dealing with the aftermath of a car accident.Review from Ronald C

I had a very positive experience when using AutoLoss. Monica answered all my questions and took care of contacting the insurance company on my behalf and got me the settlement that I deserved for my totaled car. The insurance company was trying to screw me and it made thousands of dollars of a difference with her help.
