    I went onto this company website one time and ended up on an call and email list. They emailed me a month ago and I emailed back asking to be taken off the email list and ******** agreed. Yesterday ******** texted me around 5pm I ignored it as it's spam to me. They then message me again at 8pm so I messaged back asking them to leave me alone, told them I feel harassed by them. I asked multiple people to also not contact me from this company. She continues texting me at 10pm from a whole different number. Basically telling me it's my fault and I have signed up multiple times which isn't true I've only been on their site once a month ago. This is all over text. So I call and ask for a manager. To my surprise I was greeted with the owner on the phone. She answered immediately started screaming at me. She called me a "little girl" a "fucking bitch" and some other foul things I couldn't quite make out. I was shocked and quite appalled honestly. I wasn't the nicest when I asked to be left alone but they had been harassing me for days and I was just fed up and then for the owner to call me names I just felt like I needed to report this cause it is unprofessional and bringing up my age and calling a grown woman a "little girl" seems ageist to me. I'm adding screenshots so you can see how late she was messaging and from 2 different numbers. The texts are harmless unfortunately all the foul language was on the phone. Also included are emails to prove that I have already talked to her and told her I wasn't interested. I feel like it was very unprofessional texting me so late specially after already speaking to her and telling her I wasn't interested.

    Good afternoon.

    I have reviewed this situation in depth. I believe that you can see simply by the screenshots that were submitted for this complaint that none of our staff was rude to ********************** in any way during the texted conversation.

    We do use an AI for email/text responses. so I also reviewed those. (I did notice that she omitted her own texts that came in well past 10pm. which is why we responded to her at that time.)
    We even took the time to wake up and send her a response as we could see that she was upset.) ) Our response was very civil and we told her that we would immediately remove her from our system.

    Upon doing so, we found that she did indeed have 3 separate log-ins in our system, two with different names and one with same name, different email. Each of those profiles was assigned to a different agent. 
    (Because of that, she was receiving texts and emails from each of those agents.)

    We then responded to her and let her know (As her submitted text shows) that we would delete al of her log ins and she would no longer receive any communication from us.

    She immediately fired back with a very rude text, angry that we had mentioned her multiple log-ins. 

    At that point, we were deleting her accounts when she started calling us AT HOME, literally screaming that she wanted to speak to the manager. This was after 11pm.

    She was rude and abusive so she was told in no uncertain terms that we were done with her and she was being removed and blocked.
    After hanging up, she began to call and call and call and call...despite us hanging up and ultimately blocking her number, 

    Then she started calling from a second number, leaving extremely vile & abusive messages. (We can supply all of these recorded messages to the BBB if needed.)

    At this point, She will never receive another correspondence from our company again unless she signs up again under another log-in.

    We have taken all measures possible to ensure that we will have no further contact with ***********************

    I am rejecting this response because: It's just not completely true. ******** personally messaged me and I think it's very clear in the message she sent me at 10pm I simply responded to them messaging me first. I was abrasive with them and I stated that in the complaint. It was a very emotional day for me and they were extremely vile over the phone which cause me to yes send voicemails but after I was screamed at by the owner. I want nothing from them but for them to know their behavior was also abusive and I wouldn't of reacted the way I did if I wasn't called names over the phone. Also It was not an AI that responded to me over email. I'm not surprised this is their response. As this is my last one and I'm dropping it as this is now causing more mental distress. They can submit anything they want I already admitted to being abrasive.
