I have asked numerous times since July 2022 for black mold, water damages, non-locking windows and doors to be fix. Since sending emails, phone calls, and a few times I caught him on property, i have asked for repairs. He (******) finally had Call one come out and look. They deemed it unlivable and not healthy. So I was given an eviction notice and $662 dollars. I since have called multiple times due to the black mold ceilings dripping and carpet soaked floors due to water coming under the foundation underneath my heaters. He will not call or email back since September 28th 2022. Since moving into the unit in August 2020 I havent been able to find another place within reach so I have been stuck. Due to ****** Law implied warranty of habitability. Which they fail at most safety concerns. But most of what is Infuriating is that they are ignoring the issues and ignoring my pleas for help and now I have become super sick from mold exposure and I don't have a place to go with my kids.I have exhausted myself trying to get help. This apartment building is unsafe and so are the grounds. Fall trees left for weeks Carports falling over. Old gutters ***** and garbage thrown in the wooded area.

    Hi *******,

Thank you for reaching out and letting us know about your concerns with your apartment. The roof is scheduled for replacement, and will be replaced in the spring of 2023 when weather allows. This fall the roofing company did come by multiple times and patch what they were able to to seal up as much as possible. One Call did come and inspect and found 0% moisture in the walls and ceilings of your apartment at that time. They did note the damage that you had reported from past water issues that will need to be repaired. As we discussed, there is no way for the repairs to be done with the apartment occupied. The repairs will be extensive, require dropping all ceilings upstairs, removing the insulation, repairing all damage and installing new materials. On the main level we will also need to perform major renovations that will take many months and require the apartment to be unoccupied for everyone's safety.

In regards to the tree damage we received a maintenance request from you about the fallen limbs on 11/5/2022 and I was personally onsite that day and moved the limbs to the side of the property. On Monday 11/7/2022, the limbs were further cleaned up and stacked. I also removed 5 additional trees around the complex in an abundance of caution. ***************************** came the next day on 11/8/2022 and removed an additional large tree and hauled off the brush piles and debris.

After our company took over the management of the complex in August, we were then made aware of the years of deferred maintenance. We have been working with the owners ever since to try and get the repairs done as soon as possible and within the owners budget. As we talked about before, it is not a situation either one of us wants to be in and all we can do is work towards a solution. I am not sure what you are asking for with a refund request as no rent has been paid since we took over management in August of this year. As I mentioned in my email you attached, I am happy to provide a reference to any rental you apply to will do what I can to help resolve this situation.

I am rejecting this response because:
TheThe owners are responsible for 2 years of back payment of rent for not providing a livable place that is safe from any health hazards and I have stated this multiple times that I want a refund for my rent that has been passed paid. I am still being charged rent and I have stated I will not pay until the damages are completed or I am moved to a new unit which nothing has been done I was given $662 that was it and now me and my children are homeless.

The owners have known for years about the conditions of the property they are responsible for paying me back for the implied warranty of habitability which my apartment never fell under. I absolutely refuse to give your company or the estaces any dime of my money because of all of the hardship I have had to go through in this apartment I've had blinds fall on my son's head because they were unstable in the wall foundation.
    Sincerely,

    *****************************
