When we first moved in (2019) our rent was was ****** After they took over our complex the rent got raised ****** every year. When we left (2022) it was up to *****! This was also during the pandemic, which we were affected by, on top of our child's health issues and other things that stacked against us. We ended up with an eviction. Access was willing to help us with everything owed, but Pacific property refused to work with us on keeping our home. And now it is extremely hard for us to rent anywhere. They are heartless!!

Absolutely terrible company to rent from ******** townhomes, especially they dont provide adequate garbage facilities. On-site manager will threaten to evict you if you make too Much noise and disturb her and her children if anything breaks in you report it they will charge you for it, People here are allowed to be violent damage or property threaten to hurt you you and they dont Get 72 hour notices but you will if you rent is slightly late absolutely horrible place to live on-site manager according to a statement she made to my husband yesterday doesnt do anything and thats how it works. when he asked her what she did do she got quiet and she didnt have an answer they dont care about their tenants The laundry rooms are ioften locked so tenants dont have access to washer and dryers when they need to do their laundry. Machines often dont work They are overpriced. The lawns may look great, but the complex is a slum. Most of the fences in front of the apartments that have them are falling apart we are moving out, and our gate is falling apart, and all the pain is chipping off. Our sliding glass window was broken by a tenant on purpose who admitted to doing it to other tenants and they fixed it. They will try to charge us for it, and nothing happened to her not a **** thing.. It doesnt matter if youre a good tenant if youre quiet if you pay your rent on time, youre treated like you dont matter once they get you hooked in here you dont matter anymore

These people took my application fee and rented the apartment I was suppose to get to another person. They would not allow me to apply the fee to another rental. They are not to be trusted.

Everyone call eviction defense lawyer in ********,free lawyer. Fight against these law breaking heathens.criminals without cause or feelings. We must fight back with the law and PRP makes this incredibly easy.

We have been here for 20 yrs first with CPM now with Pacific they have 2 buildings and Oak tree has 3 and are with HOA. ANY TRASH OR PARKING issues have gone thru HOA (oak tree) kids on both front and back are tearing the fence down I have asked a few times to get them fixed sent emails to both rental agencies Pacific called a left a rude very rude message I was told not to contact oak tree again and it is being taken care of so now 2 months later nothing we have kids coming thru fence that are foul mouthed disrespectful brats we have maybe 3 kids in here in elementary school but they dont know these kids they are 5th and/or 6 th and I have said I do believe we have black mold could go on with so much more

Pacific rental returned a rental assistance payment back to Access stating it was received after the 5th of the month & that I am now in non compliance with paying my rent by the 5th. They are now attempting to evict for non compliance.Under the new ****** law, which took effect on March 29, 2023, what they are doing is illegal.They pretend to care about their tenants but all they care about is money.

These people are horrible. ******* can't seem to remember anything she talks to you about and when I finally got frustrated she hung up on me. Very very unprofessional.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company is the worst. I cannot believe they're legally allowed to operate, they're so exploitative. Absolutely the worst experience Ive ever had with a company. The property managers are exceedingly rude, disrespectful, and are unwilling to understand a personal situation. They treat renters like second hand citizens. I do not believe any of these 5 star reviews, and nor do the other renters in my complex.They've raised the rent to the max ****** 2 years running. They never respond to my inquiries, I have to follow up multiple times to get answers. They're supremely disrespectful. They should not be allowed to operate, property owners, do not work with them, we beg you.
