I inquired about purchasing a vehicle from ***********. I sent them over a copy of my pre approval from State ****************** on 2/6/24 I had met with ***** who helped me from the dealership. He drove from ******* to ************* and I signed documents when he got there. I got the keys and drove home. A few weeks went by. I had called the dealership in regards for when i should receive the tags, plates and registration. They told me they sent it to ***. I went to Eureka *** and inquired about the tags etc. They told me they did not have anything for my vin number as the dealership sent all the info to the *** Headquarters in **********. They told me I owed money for the registration etc. I paid *** $1316. on 3/19/24. I spoke with the dealership's *** clerk that explained i did not need to pay anything as I had already paid the registration when buying the car. This was untrue as I spoke with Manager ***** at the dealership and he told me on 5/27/24 I did not pay that when buying the vehicle. Since buying the vehicle I have reached out to the dealership on numerous occasions. I called and they had mentioned when i bought the vehicle they did not list a lienholder but they put it as a cash transaction. I thought that was just on the paperwork, i did not think that was on the title. I called back 6/6/24 and spoke with ***** and asked if he could send me a copy of the title as my lienholder is wanting a copy saying they are listed as lien. he said he would call the *** clerk and call me back. he did not call .I called back on 6/11/24 and ***** said that when i signed the paperwork there was no lienholder. they said that *** who no longer works here put it through as a cash transaction and no lien. I did a downpayment of $17811.00. they received the other $45,311.00 from State ***************** on 2/12/24 and sent off the paperwork to *** with no lien on 2/16/24. Wont make this situation right as my lien is threatening to raise my interest rate from 5.4% to 18%.

This is regarding a new purchase. A credit report was filled out and a credit report was pulled. *** was supposed to send pricing of both leased and financed options based on a trade in and money down. AFTER the credit report was pulled the manager (***********************) told employees not to send an email and only discuss over the phone. This was very misleading and detrimental to my credit rating.

Butler Kia has dropped the ball more then once since I purchased my 2022 Kia ******* SX in February of this year. 1st they didn't follow through with submitting paperwork to the bank that was going to finance my vehicle and I was driving my car for 3 months with no loan approved. In May finally my car was financed. The bank advised me that I had a lot of extended warranties included on top of my purchase price and I told them that is not correct that *** told me that all these awesome bonus stuff came with my car . Since August I have been trying to cancel the extended warranties and they have dropped the ball again with not submitting my signed cancellation request forms I sent to them in August. I try to talk with the General Manager ********************* and he always states he going to call me back but I never get a call. I have been told there is no one higher in Rank then the General manager and I told then that is not true. The general Manager must have a boss and then I was told the person higher then ********************* would be *****. They refused to give me a last name or how I could reach him. My warranties are pro rated from the date I requested to cancel them and the longer they do not submit my paperwork, I lose more money that needs to be returned to my loan amount.

I originally bought my 2017 *** **** hybrid, in 2017 - new - from Butler KIA (now named ***********). In April 2022, I had $12,000 equity, and it was financed by my credit union, ******************* I made every payment on time.On April 14, 2022, I visited *********** to purchase a new **** hybrid. They didnt have one, but they showed me to an all electric *** that was way above my price range, and convinced me that it was even better than the hybrid. I leased it, and took it home. The next day I brought it back because I was afraid of all the Artificial Intelligence features, and because I could not find a charging station that took credit cards. Instead one had to be an enrolled member. I wanted to repurchase my 2017. They gave me a price of $25,000 to do so. That was more than I paid for the car when it was new.I was told to keep the car until a 2022 **** hybrid arrived in approximately 2 weeks. One came in earlier, on April 20. The price I was given was $40,000 for a $30,000 car, plus I had lost all of the equity in my trade in. The monthly payments are more than I can afford if/when my 80 year old husband dies. I am stuck with crippling debt, at my age of 73, probably for the rest of my life. They punished me for turning a new electric car into a used car because there were no other cars available.I recently received a copy of a letter from *************** credit union, rejecting ***s request for financing based on the number of bills I have. The loan amount asked for was $32,000. So *** knew my financial situation. They then switched to iQ ************ in ********* who approved the $40,000 loan. When I completed ***s online survey expressing my concerns for their unethical actions, the sales manager, *****, called me. He said *** was unhappy with him. I said to him You fleeced me! He said, Yes, I did. I am very sorry about that. Can anybody help me with this crippling debt?

This is *************************** who filed a complaint against Butler KIA, now known as ***********, in late May, 2022.  My case number is ID ********

*********** has restored $5,600 to me in the form of payment sent to financing credit union (iQ ************* *********, **).  I was told that paperwork may take up to one month, and that a new contract will be created for me to sign which incorporates the $5,600, to lower my monthly payment to a manageable level.  This transpired on 7-2-22 when I signed paperwork to cancel the old contract.

At this writing, I am satisfied, and ask you to include this resolution in your records.

Thank you for all you tried to do to help me.
