            I had a monthly subscription for Laundry Sheets. I was paying via PAYPAL. I have I did not receive 4 orders. I cancelled online. After numerous attempts I was able to contact them via email asking for a refund for unfulfilled orders. I was told I would be refunded and given documentation that I was refunded. However, I never received the refunds. I followed this up via email and was sent an email saying it would be looked into and if the issue persisted, I would get a check from them.Needless to say, I am still owed 4 months payment for unfulfilled orders.I did like the products and understand the issues that small businesses suffered during COVID, but this I find this lack of Respect for Customers Unacceptable.

            Placed order in October 2022. Got confirmation of order. Never received merchandise. No answers to emails that I have sent. Totally unprofessional. They are ripping people off.

            Horrible HORRIBLE customer service! I tried for MONTHS to cancel a monthly subscription service. No one responded to my emails. Every time I tried to call, I received a message that voicemail was full. I couldnt reach anyone, ever! My subscription kept getting billed!!! FINALLY the issue I had been having with the website got resolved and I was able to cancel my subscription through the site. I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because I did like the variety of products offered. But I would most definitely never get any subscription service from them ever again.
