They can not communicate with customers well. ** lies about being in communication with us but we call several times with voice mails and we dont hear back days or even a whole week. Held on to my car way longer than needed when we told them we needed our vehicles for work. Then the service advisor tells me they will call me back when its ready and they never do! I had to call to find out it was ready and they dont understand the frustration their lack of communication with each other and the customer. I will advise everyone to not ever give them any business. Above all ** refuses to accept the reality of his lying to customers about calling back when he says he will especially when the vehicle is ready. Complete waste of money and time. How can I be sure that my car will be okay if they cant even ******************. We live so far from the service and they claim to be the only ones who work on **** models and they make everyone in the area jump through all these hoops just to get our cars worked on. Seems they know that and they do not care or try to give good customer interaction in the slightest way. Ridiculous employees and supervisors should be embarrassed. Clear lack of respect and concern for anyone but themselves.Review from Derrick L

I WENT AGAINST MY BETTER JUDGMENT and traded my car and bought from Tonkin Dodge. First I was challenged to a fight by one of their sales staff I was told that they were addressing the issue and the young man would be delta with. I should have walked away but I didnt; I actually brought a Dodge Hornets R/T and traded my car in. The car had a dead battery on the lot and after I got home the car died in my driveway. When I called to get help it took multiple attempts. I left a voicemail and received no response and had to call back and they young man that wanted me to come say it to his face answered the phone (I guess the way a day off is punishment for there sales team). I eventually got the sales manager to help. However, his help was too bring me a giant truck to replace my brand new commuter. Furthermore, the car was never pick up and that still sits in my driveway. I have reached out several times to the dealership since and no one has returned my phone calls or tried to address the issue. I have had escalated this to contacting Corperit and hopefully the issue will be resolved by Dodge. Bottom line do not trust this dealership. Also my windows seal bad.Review from Holly F

1.) Bait and switch alert.2.) My literal career is training the building of relationships in a short amount of time. I train on customer service and integrity. Sales manager ********************* uses bullying and intimidation tactics to attempt to get the bait and switch sale. He makes it a point to inform his customers how important HIS time is and how LITTLE their time is worth. My recommendation would be to remove him from his position until he can invest in training, an attitude adjustment, and learn that the reason he has a paycheck is through the extreme honor of the trust earned through his customers. While that is a long shot, I will have done my due diligence in leaving this review in hopes that someone else will not fall victim to his business.Review from Oskar S

Tonkin CJDR ended up having the truck I had been searching for and local within a reasonable price range. Cannot thank them enough for their easy service and buying process of my limited.Review from Jake

I recently was contacted by ***************************** service. I did not initiate the contact, they told me I needed to come in for a recall on my truck. I stopped by the service area only be notified that it was a false alarm, but that I was due for an oil change, and while I was there I should get it done. I agree, only to find out after looking at my paperwork that I really was about **** miles early. Obviously that bothers me, I feel like they brought me in there under false pretense. Anyway, while I was there I agreed to the oil change, tire rotation, and a car wash. Very simple service. After returning to pick up my vehicle, I noticed the truck had not been washed, or they had run out of water or something, but it was dry and had streaks down the side like someone had rubbed it with a dry towel. I pointed it out and the office manager agreed that it was a terrible job, and asked if I had time to wait while he sent it back up for the wash. I agreed, and they sent it back up. At this point I was running late, but I noticed that the inside had not been cleaned like it had been agreed upon, the outside was still terrible, and then I also noticed a bunch of scratches on my tailgate that weren't there before. I showed the manager, he seemed concerned, took pictures, and said he would get back to me once he spoke with his supervisor. Once I got home, I realized my tires had never even been rotated, so that service had been completely forgotten. After a couple voicemails, being transferred a couple times, I finally got a call back after 3 days. Essentially I was just told there's no way they could have done those scratches, and that I was out of luck. I'm very disappointed in this level of customer service, or lack thereof. I paid for a service that they did not complete, the service they completed was under false pretense, the car wash ended up damaging my tailgate, and then when they finally called me, I feel it was just him checking the box, denying that they did anything wrong,Review from Charles L

***************************** Dodge is bad for business. I took two company vehicles here for recalls. They promised repairs would take 1 day. A week later, the "repairs" were done. When I got one vehicle back, random wires were hanging down from the front bumper and the error code directly related to the recalled fan (P0481) was still in place. When I asked why they didn't fix the error code, they said I could leave it and they would charge me $59 for a diagnostic fee. This error code was for a bad radiator fan -- the exact reason the car was brought in for a recall. Not wanting to leave a company vehicle with them for another week, I took it back and replaced the $5 fuse for the fan they should have replaced in the first place. Our small business has a fleet of 10 vehicles (most of them Ram vehicles). Having seen their lack of professionalism, lack of responsibility and poor quality repairs, I will never bring in another vehicle again. ***************************** Dodge is expertly damaging ***'s reputation one client at a time.Review from Brandon M

Bought a car here. Asked for a few things to get fixed if I bought it. All good. Had it there for over a month. Came back 1 time to get it. Issue still not fixed. Got a call few weeks later again its fixed. I come back. 1. Its still not fixed. And 2. My car is robbed from the lot. Radio ripped out and ransacked. Dealership says cameras were down. And this happens all the time. They had no clue this even happened. I had to come find out about to leave. After this happened they were hard to get insurance info from and very persistent on getting their loaner back and will start charging me for it. And to grab my car because its not their problem anymore.Review from Jeremy S.

*** Tonkin had the car a wanted - I test drove it and worked with the salesman on a deal trading in my car. He worked with me on the paperwork and made a mistake on my pay off. The salesman ****** and the finance manager ***** assured me that they would adjust the pay off to the correct amount. After the deal was done and I drove my vehicle home. They called me a few days later and stated that I still owed them money. I thought everything was taking care of. I spoke with the Sales Manager ***** to resolve the issue. He basically scolded me and said I need to pay the difference I asked what the pay off was, he did not know. He then instructed me to pay it then hung up on me. I have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism before on any of my previous car buying experience.
