Hired in 2017 to acquire building permits for my private residence. Lied for the last 5 years they were working on this with the county and city. I recently discovered they have not been working with either the county or city. When I said I was going to contact the county for a update, they really got upset, which is what tipped me off they were lying. They lied over and over about this. Giving one excuse after another. I have many emails proving this. I have a voice recording confronting them of this. I have emails from the county and city stating they were not working with them on my project. It took me so long because I knew working with the county is difficult and takes time. However after one excuse after another I realized there was an issue. I have the contract signed with them. They were laid in full within the first three months as I was billed. I dont have the contract on my phone to upload today, but will provide. I can supply it along with the many emails lying to me. You will find the emails saying they are working with the county and city, yet the county and city has no record of this. They even created a fake email when I was trying to contact the other business owner. It is actually unbelievable they have done this. I have paid thousands for a two Geotech reports that have expired, I paid a Biologist thousands to write report that is expired. I paid thousands to a surveyor twice to come out. The stakes are no longer there due to weather. My mother who is 70 years old moved in to my house which is the reason I needed to expand my house to accommodate her and my three nephews she adopted. She is living her last years in crammed quarters with three kids, along with my wife and child. I may need to create a flyer and mail out looking for additional victims. I just cant believe I am the only one that this has happened to.
