The express wash cracked my windshield. After being gaslit by the supervisor and told that I cant file a claim, I called corporate who then called the location to tell them to help me with the claim. After following up with my claim a few weeks later, I was sent proof that my windshield had a rock chip beforehand, so they wouldnt do anything about my cracked windshield. However, the photo that was sent to me as proof wasnt actually my car. When they eventually sent me footage of my cars windshield in the car wash, there was no actual evidence of a rock chip being present (ESPECIALLY considering the very noticeable rock chip footage from the persons car they mistakenly sent me previously.)By these reviews, it looks like this is pretty common practice for this specific location. Yikes. Avoid at all costs.

Carwash was very disappointing I got the complete package wash with tire shine, car was still completely wet after wash it did not look like there was any cleaners or sealers used it essentially looked like it got hosed down with just plane water, the free 5 minute vacuum I was supposed to receive didn't even work, all and all a waste of time and money ??

I purchase 6 month unlimited car wash and after a month they say your tag is not working and I call they told me I have to pay surcharge cuz your car is hire car my car is 2012 over 11 years old it can't be hire car and then I was waiting for a whole to fix my problem and finally fixed but still one think you need to know there's no such of unlimited at all its limited you can wash half of the month atlist honest your costumer so they know they are not unlimited.

My 3rd time this place doesn't wash my car. Especially the back of car. Raised the price & the quality of the was went out the door. I want my 15$ back. This explains why there's someone at the exit to wipe down the cars except wasn't one there today to get the dirt of the car BUSTED!! Will NOT BE GOING BACK! I DONT LIKE RIP OFF JOINTS!

I brought my sister's older car into the Washman on Grand Ave in ******** on August 22 and purchased "The Works" as a gift to her. It was a c*** job all the way around. The glass wasn't clean, which I didn't realize until I drove off the lot and the sun shined on the windows and mirrors. Then all I saw were smears, smudges and cloudiness. The dash may have been feather dusted but I ran my fingers across it and they came off black. The doors weren't wiped down at all and had beverage spills on them. The car was hastily vacuumed and there was still a lot of loose dirt on the seats and carpets. The wheels weren't cleaned. I have had this experience at various Washman locations before, and have returned and asked them to clean up the missed areas. That day, I was late getting the car back to my sister and didn't have time to go back and ask for a remedy. The best I've ever gotten when I have returned was a dirty rag being applied to the unclean areas, with no improvement to the cleanliness of the car. I am a disabled senior on a fixed income. I have given Washman enough chances to up their game. Clearly, this is a company that doesn't instill any sense of pride in their employees' work. Between my own experiences, the dismal reviews from various locations and the BBB complaints, I have decided I will no longer patronize Washman.

I went to the car wash in ***** ****** on market and Lancaster'. When I finish going through the car wash there was a large scratch looking **** on my passenger side. I don't know if their brushes are not maintained or what it was that scratched my car. But when I told the manager at the car wash he denied it and would not do anything about it also called corporate and they ignored the problem. They will not take any responsibility for damages Caused by their machinery.
