    Ordered 4 baby outfits still haven't received **** said they delivered but still haven't received I need my money back this is ridiculous

    I ordered 3 baby outfits as a gift for my son and his partner and had it shipped to their home in ***************. The order #***** cost me $63.85 USD or $87.71 CAD on May 8, 2023. My son received 1 of the 3 items. Trendy Toddlers keeps telling me to bear with them and then sends me the same tracking number **************** as the 1 item that was received like they have solved the mystery of the other missing two items. Of course this number shows as delivered. It delivered 1 of the 3 items (the cheapest by the way). I have asked that they either send the other 2 items or refund the money, a total of $44.90 USD. They have done neither.

This issue happened due to your second package getting lost while in transit (whose tracking details were shared with you as well as evidence).I can see via the current correspondence you are having with our team member *****, as she is working with you and has resolved this issue with a replacement order for the 2 missing items, that has already been dispatched and it should be with you in the next few days. We never leave our customers behind and you always come first to us. :)

    So I spent approximately $176.00 for 7 outfits I had received only 5 out of the 7 outfits. When I contacted them they keep telling me its at your local post office but when I checked it was not there and they keep going in circles while trying to resolve the issue. The tracking number is **************************. Also I had purchased this ****-me $2 protection plan to insure I get all the items or I get money back and that hasnt happened either

    I purchased two items from The Trendy Toddlers on March 31st 2022 and paid $8 for expedited shipping in total to deliver the packages within **** days. It's now been 19 days and the packages have not even been received by **** to start shipping. I contacted the company and they have continued to lie and say that the packages are on their way. They are not. According to **** they have not even been delivered to a **** shipping facility. I requested a refund for the total amount of $54.40 and now the company is no longer responding to my messages. I did some research and see that this is not the first time this company has lied about delivering packages, then refusing to give refunds despite not delivering the goods that were paid for. This is extremely unprofessional and unscrupulous, this company is essentially just stealing money from new mothers.
