As of November 9, 2017 the business’ clause, which is found in its contract, states: “Non-Disclosure/Non-Disparagement: During the Training period of Dog and thereafter, Client agrees not to make any statements, written or verbal, or cause or encourage others to make any statements, written or verbal, that describe proprietary methods, defame, disparage or in any way criticize Trainer’s personal or business reputation, practices or conduct, its employees, directors of officers.”
