    10/17/2023 I got a fraudulent charge on my account I called my bank and was given this business information I called them told them I didn't make the charge the owner proceeded to tell me that my card was physically used in person for a service at her salon. She stated it wasn't her problem that they don't care if a person comes in with a stolen card as long as they get paid for services she doesn't care she proceeded to call me a liar and I told her there was no way I used it considering her salon is in ****** and I live in ******** ** and was at work until 10 pm in ** it was Impossible for me to make it to her store considering I'm 18hrs away I proceeded to tell her that the card was not authorized to use by any one else and was stolen again the owner expressed she didn't give a f###k as long as they were paid for services and that I was a liar. We try asking her to look at the camera and send us a picture of the person because she stated multiple times she had camera they hung up on us multiple times and was rude and use cuss words. I just want my money I'm low income and can't afford to lose this amount of money. And to make them aware they had some one paying with a stolen credit card. But they didn't care I don't even live near them it's very unprofessional and they shouldn't have a business license if that allow stolen credit card to be used

    i just want to say in response that the complainant is full of lies.
    I been in business 14 years Doesn't matter what happened we never ever respond our customers inappropriate way even so many customers called and use bad language but we never Respond the way they talk Because we believe  respect is success.
    they are also one of those customers who like to use bad language 
    In this case one male called me and said someone used his debit card in ****** and he never been in ****** he leaves in NV he want his money back i humbly replied sir you should reach out your bank if your card stolen or someone use your info without your consent all banks are insured if you are right they will reach out to us through our merchant service and your bank will refund your money back but i can't refund any money back because i don't know who you are and what is your Attentions. we got this kind of scam calls everyday if you are telling truth you do not have to worried about just call your bank he said bank is not listening to him then behind him his girlfriend start Shouting using  abusive language & Cursing and saying F this F that then i hung up the call and after that i didn't respond them.
    In 14 years of business, this kind of incident never happens that instead of bank customers reaching out to the company and requesting a refund and videos of my customers.
    We believe that if there are any fraudulent activities, banks reach out to the company through ****************** and the metter will be resolved in minutes.
    When i asked where that card had been used ? he didn't know, then i asked who gave you my personal number ? he said bank, which is not possible. Then i told him this is a beauty salon and we do not charge online. Everyone comes in physically, and then we charge for the service.
    When i asked, it was credit or debit he said it was debit, and then i asked how the other person knows your pin number ?
    He did not have an answer
    When i asked, your card had only been used at our salon, he said yes 
    it's makes me more doubtful because if someone stole a card, they will try to use as many times as possible.
    I never said it's not my problem or i don't care i just said this not the right way to call me you should call your bank they will reach out to us because if we start giving refunds like that then every day someone will called for refund then how we will survive.
    But honestly, the way he approached me it's look like a scam.
    I did not use any bad word or inappropriate language they are lying 100 %
    i don't know how to use bad words in English  because it's not my first language.
    They have been forcing me to send them videos of my customers, and i have been requesting them this is not how it's works. You have to come from a proper channel. i can't share my customers' details and videos
