Joined house happy as a business owner. They called and stated they had ***** landscaping jobs. So I sign up for a month. It's non contract so that's good. But was highly disappointed in the web page. There was not ***** jobs available like they said. Not a happy business owner with there services. For any business owner I would ask for a free month trial. And go from thereReview from Rudy V

I received leads from househappy monthly until we signed up then it was like the leads dried up. We made the decision to cancel this subscription. Signing up was easy and househappy was eager to do so. Called today to cancel and, well, thisnprocess is not equally as easy. I had to leave my contact information and must wait for someone to call me back. ********* should be equally as easy as signing up. I am reporting charges as fraudulent to my bank to stop all future charges. I bel8eve househappy is a scam to contractors giving leads to those who are not subscription members then drying leads up after subscribing. I do not recommend househappyHousehappy Home Services, Inc. Response

We will review the cancelation process to identify improvements. We don't suppress leads. Our contractors are vital to our customers receiving service, and as such, we would never jeopardize the relationship.

Received a quick response from Househappy re my recent plumbing repair request. The person who came out to make the repair was courteous and professional, and he quickly identified the problem. To address the appointment being made without your consent: you had accepted the site visit request from the pro, utilizing the platform, the pro went ahead and scheduled based on the availability you had entered into the platform. Unfortunately, the pro made a mistake and missed the notation that you were out of town. I am a new homeowner and am excited about all the projects, renovations, repairs, and improvements I get to make, but I was also a little overwhelmed and didn't know where to start. My lender gifted me a Househappy membership, and it has made the process amazingly easy.I love that Househappy has the expertise to point me in the right direction to find vetted and reviewed professionals as well as the knowledge to help me determine what kind of professional it is that I'm looking for. I also appreciate that they initiate the schedule/estimate process with professionals and invite them to bid to perform my job. If I want more options to choose from, I just have to ask and they deliver. I've been really happy with my experience and have been telling everyone I know about the company.
