These guys are scammers. My wife was contacted for a job position here and was sent $5000 dollars to buy her office equipment. The catch was she had to send this money to a specific "authorized" vendor (we were never told who the vendor was) through ***** pay and *****. After sending the money, we were told the price had gone up and we would need to send $2000 more of our own money. At this point we bailed, having gotten enough suspicious communications with the company that we didn't wish to go forward. The original check for $5000 bounced, and now we are out a significant chunk of cash. DO NOT TRUST this company.Review from Ryan G

I had to click a star just to review this business or else I'd have given none. In my opinion, HORRID. Finding out that this 3rd party business uses AI to determine eligibility? UNACCEPTABLE. This is a predatory business being used by ****** (the corporate store chain) to s**** people who are on government assistance out of money they need. ****** won't allow you to purchase items at all unless your total is over $35 plus shipping. So when ****** advertises this program to help people, it's really just a giant data collecting device going to some random server that is processed by AI. This is a huge scam to collect EXTREMELY SENSITIVE PERSONAL DATA that can easily be leaked on the dark web.Review from William C

Unresponsive for over a week, non-human, AI, and pre-written template replies both via e-mail and social media with SheerID Inc. Insincere and unprofessional -- lack of follow up. Trying to utilize their services to obtain special offers for veterans, etc. seems more like a "black-hole" and your time and efforts is spent better elsewhere. Hopefully, a more respectable company takes their place and programs move away from their system and "services" -- or lack thereof. To make it worse, if you are a veteran outside the ***, good luck, as I think they only do SMS verifications with US/Mexico phone-numbers, which is a part of getting approved for deals and offers, presumably. I'd leave 0 Stars if possible.Review from Nicole R

Horrible they've had me send so many different forms of verification of my information I think that they're just stealing it at this point cuz definitely didn't approve me and it was all legit they just want more and more of my personal informationReview from Christine B

I should have read these reviews before sending sensitive personal information to SheerID. They rejected my documents for a first responder, saying they appeared altered (they weren't). I sent additional photo and email documentation and was told "they can't do anything". Stay away from this business and do not send them personal documents!!Review from James B

Collected All my personal info and rejected the documents they asked for. My bank accounts may be in jeopardy and my personal info shared w/third parties.

Im a new fitness instructor. Im also a person of color and a mom. I just spent a week and a half trying to get verified by SheerID and was just denied my verification letter for *********'s sweat collective saying it looked altered. It was an employment letter written and signed and dated by my employer.Thank you ************ And ******** at SheerID for the systemic racism. I am deeply offended. I was having trouble shopping at ********* anyway because of the history of racism from the owner and public refusal to serve plus size women of color. This is just an affirmation of that. Its just not right. If my name was ******** too, I think I would have been treated with more respect.Review from Lee S

Asks me to upload sensitive document, and when I do, SheerID claims that document contains a virus, which doesn't make sense given that ****** docs and my browser verify that the document is virus free. This has caused my to loose my ability to commute. SheerID says they need 30 days to review the situation. Also, I am disabled and this is a reverification. I've been verified for over 4 years already.Review from Victor B

My experience with sheer ID Cause me to be very paranoid about them collecting very sensitive information and still not verifying my phone number at ********** for 10% discount as a DAV military veteran. Sheer ID only wants to collect sensitive information for their dubious reasons to sell to other companies and what other nefarious activities theyre gonna do with your information causes me to be very worried of what might happen to my formation in the future? ********** should be sued for using this type of charade. to collect peoples personal information. And then in the end, you still dont get a 10% discount at ********** because they refuse to use facial ID military discounts at **********. If the ************* Army gives you a military ID why is it that ********** does not respect your face and Numbers on your ID? ********** should be sued for this fallacious attack on military veterans personal private information!!!!!
