I ordered a custom ring for my 10th anniversary, and MiaDonna was such a pleasure to work with! They made the process of designing my own ring exceptionally easy, and their expertise was top-notch. Computer-generated mockups of my ring came quickly, and once finalized the ring itself arrived relatively fast as well! I was thrilled to debut the ring at a big party with friends and family. It felt good to commemorate the occasion with a ring that actively makes the world a better place. Their B Corp rating and their foundation were two major factors that convinced me to go with them and I do not regret it for a second. I recommend them to everyone!

They completely ruined my husband and Is ring buying experience. This is a long review, but please read, I am not a ranting customer, all of this truly happened. They sent my husband the ring he ordered with a band that was 25% percent smaller than what was advertised online- 25%. At first, they tried to claim that it was a slight variation due to the handcrafted nature of the ring. I understand a little variation because it is hand-crafted, but 25%?! We took the ring to a jeweler who measured it, and I suggest if you have bought or do buy jewelry from MiaDonna HAVE IT CHECKED OUT if you have any doubts. We contacted the company and they said I could keep the ring for now and send it back after the wedding. Problem is, I was so worried about messing up the ring I didnt wear it. Side note that our engagement and wedding were very quick, because my mom was terminally ill. Our engagement lasted 2 weeks and I did not get to wear my ring. We had our wedding and we promptly returned the ring, well wanted to, but didnt want to pay the return shipping they were asking us to pay. (We were sending back a second ring to be resized in the same box, to be eco-friendly). After a lot of back-and-forth MiaDonna finally said they would pay to have the order THEY messed up on shipped back for them to fix. It took them about a month to complete my correct ring and resize my husbands and when it was complete, they sent me an invoice. For return shipping. Are you kidding me? We bought a total of 3 rings from this company, spending thousands of dollars, and they were asking us to pay to have my correct ring I ordered, plus one ring in the same box, sent back to us?! They claimed that they cannot afford to pay the shipping on all repairs (not mistakes!) because they give 10% of their profits to charity. What do they do with the other 90% of their profits? We are not rich; we are city workers from *******. It would have cost us

I purchased a necklace from MiaDonna and will absolutely be purchasing from them again. The quality and selection they offer is unparalleled, especially considering how affordable it is. Their sales team is super friendly and helpful. I cant say enough positive things. I also appreciate the company commitment to offer ethically sourced products. That matters. Work with MiaDonna! You wont regret it! They are a stellar company with stellar jewelry. Im so happy about my purchase and experience.

******* deserves 0 stars. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM. Customer service (namely, *********) is absolutely abysmal, atrocious. They do not follow their written rules/return policies. They would not allow me to return my first ring (fully returnable under their website "policies"). I had already ordered a second ring, so I assumed they'd honor their policy. Had they done that, they would have kept that second sale. But now they have AmEx coming after them, and a canceled second sale. If I owned this business, I would be embarrassed by this woman's customer service. Don't waste your time here. Online ring companies are a dime a dozen, so their audacity is frankly laughable. I am awaiting a call from ******** the manager, who can hopefully clean up the mess made by *********.
