    The company I am a supervisor for is awaiting a much needed windshield they have it at a wear house 1.5 hours away. They are refusing to deliver it until they have more items down in our area. We have paid the shipping cost for this item and need it asap for DOT inspection. Thankfully my mechanic is resourceful and was able to get another company to go get it and deliver it to us. The customer service representative was extremely rude to my mechanic as well we will never do business with this company again.

    Recently an online retailer I use has switched last mile delivery to this company and whenever I have the misfortune of having packages with them, there are issues. However, this time was the last straw. On the day of the scheduled delivery my items did not arrive, and when I looked at the tracking site, the driver had indicated access issues and that they could not enter the property. I live in a town home that has no gate, buzzer, or any other access restrictions. Meaning the driver never attempted to deliver my items. When I contacted TForce about this issue and explained that there was no access issue, I was transferred to another customer service rep who never read my original messages and again stated that they needed a code. When I explained that this is not how ************* and asked why no delivery attempt was made, the service reps refused to respond to me. I can only assume that the driver stole my package as at this point it has been over a week.

    McKayla - dispatcher for TForce Freight, is the worst at ***************** No integrity, no accountability. Unfortunately, because of her manipulation and lack of customer service, I regard this entire company as the worst. One person can poison the whole thing. She manipulated me into having my package delivered without me being there, adamant that they were within their window from 10 - 1 and he didn't show up until 2:51. I did everything in my power to make sure that they weren't deliviering while I was gone and it ended up with if we don't deliver you will have to pay a re-delivery fee. Of course NO ONE mentioned this while I was scheduling and attempting to pick a day/time that I would be there. There is even more to the story but whatever. This company is terrible to work with.

    This shipping company is the worst... I hate them they always have a issue when delivering package the same order I ordered 3 times and still can't get my package what the h*** is so hard on delivering a darn package are the drivers that dam stupid. what is the purpose of GPS. my one star should of been a zero

    How can a shipping company accept a shipment, then hold in a depot for nearly three weeks, then tell you they don't ship to my area?
