I contracted with Master Movers to clear out my storage unit. The whole process from quote to move was flawless. ****** and ****** were friendly and expert movers. I am very pleased with my move and would recommend them.Review from Kathleen and Deborah B

MM came to an older home not nearly ready for a move and was patient, kind, and generous to the handicapped female client . They were efficient and very careful with antiques. I would recommend them to anyone! The two men worked very hard moving bags mostly instead of boxes and refused an offer for lunch.I had a picture of the two men but could not load it for the review. *****/****?Master Movers Moving & Storage Response

Thank you for the kind review! ******* and **** were your team. We do try to work with what you have prepared and as long as it isn't breakables, we are always happy to help with the bags. It is harder for stacking if the load is filling the truck (or close). The crew mentioned you were very sweet and they loved helping get you into the new place. They stole our jewelry! I hired Master Movers Moving and Storage of ********, ** to relocate our household in September of 2021. During the move, company employees stole $4,000 of jewelry out of a sealed box and retaped it. We filed a claim with the company. We filed a police report. The police found evidence of the theft and a warrant was issued. We have pleaded with Master Movers for the last 8 months and they have refused to help us recover our items or compensate us for anything. In addition, the move was horrible. They arrived 2 hours late. The truck broke down during transit. They delivered our goods 5 hours late. **************** has been negligible. I have never been abused by a company like this. This has been a nightmare and we will never use this company again.
