  I received a poor facial filler treatment where too much filler was injected into my lower face causing protruding skin and jowls along my jaw line I at ******************** Center for Plastic Surgery in ********, **., on June 28th of this year. It was so bad that I decided to have it dissolved which solved the issue. However, the provider, Dr. ********************** ******************** is refusing to refund any money. She has accused my of being rude to a staff member and that is the reason that she won't give me a refund, even though two other staff members reassured me that Dr. ******************** would give me a refund. She yelled at me and accused me of threatening her. I'm pretty sure at this point that she has mental health issues. I told her that I wouldn't argue with her, but that I would pursue whatever avenues were available to me to recoup the $1,140 that I spent for nothing. At which point, she yelled at me some more.

We are not at liberty to divulge any specific patient information, or elaborate on the care they received here at The Waldorf Center.We make every effort to provide high quality care to all of our patients, and meet or exceed their expectations. Clearly this is not always possible.

  I am rejecting this response because:  The response from this business is really a non-response.  It clearly does not address the issue at hand which is that they provided a very poor service (that I have had to pay money to another provider to correct) and are unwilling to provide me with a refund.  Most legitimate, ethical businesses provide a refund to unhappy customers no matter what the product or service.

  The fact that this business is stealing money from me is criminal.

  Regarding my dispute with Waldorf Clinic and their submission to the BBB on August 24,2023, their statement is nothing but lies.  This business lies about everything. 
  
  At no time did I agree to accept half of my payment to be refunded because I liked half of my treatment.  That is absurd. 
  My credit card company DID NOT refund all of the payment, they only refunded half of it because Waldorf Clinic lied to them, as well.
  I most certainly have NOT made money on this horrendous experience.  I am still out $570.00 and the $710.00 that I spent at another provider trying to correct the mess that the Waldorf Clinic made of my face.
