I paid $68 to serve one defendant and $15 to serve a second defendant of the same company. A total of $83. Office manager ******* told me to fill out a cover sheet. She said they would serve process to both defendants. I requested it be done through a registered agent and ******* argued with me, then refused to provide pertinent information. She was unprofessional and resorted to condescending me on more than one occasion. I have worked with other process service companies that illustrate her behavior as out of line. It has been over a month and I have not received satisfactory information or confirmation about whether the first defendant was served properly. The second defendant has not been served. This is a stressful process, and being treated poorly for a service I paid for is unacceptable. ******* is antagonistic despite my multiple clarifications. I asked for a refund for services not rendered, and an update on services that have been perfected, yet ******* ignored my request. She has been negligent and spiteful for no apparent reason, and despite my multiple emails and phone calls providing instructions. I would like a refund for services not rendered and a confirmation of perfected services. I have already hired another process service to complete the job. I will not speak with ******* again, and recommend oversight to avoid this issue in the future. The job number is **********.

    Dear valued client,

I am saddened to hear that you didn't have good experience working with us. I've attached all the communication our office have had with you via email. I've attempted to professionally resolve your frustration several times via email since your phone was not in service. You come into our office to clarify questions you had about your invoices and I had to pleasure of meeting you in person and explain the invoices to you. Every charge incurred on our invoice was a result of a request we received from you directly. We would never bill our client for anything they didn't authorize. We had an enjoyable visit and to end you said that we were glad you came in to our office because you enjoyed our visit. Again, I am sorry to hear you were not satisfied with the service we provided, I hope should you ever have the need we can have the opportunity to serve you again. - *******
