    I paid *********************** $2467.91 to replace the rear hub assembly, rear brakes, and clutch on my ****** Tacoma. The nature of the dispute is that I would like to leave a review on ****** review for the unsatisfactory work that was done on my vehicle. However, the owner of Foremans Auto, ******, has denied that I was a customer of his in order to manipulate ****** so that my review will not be accepted and prevent others from seeing my experience. This has also been the case for another person with an unsatisfactory review. My concern and experience is that he is manipulating ****** to decieve customers about the quality of his service.I left my review on 11/28/22 for the service completed on 1/22/22 (Invoice 609). The review does not go against any ****** policy and ****** isn't willing to fact check to determine misinformation. Therefore, I am reaching out to the BBB to help future customers determine an accurate perception of Foremans Auto LLC based on the full spectrum of reviews. I am happy to discuss my review upon request.

    After speaking with ******* about this complaint. Have no answers or phone calls back from *****. ******* has stated that they had a falling out in relationship and that ***** has moved to a different city. He did say that there was no issue with the repairs after he picked up the vehicle. I have tried multiple time to reach out to ***** about these issues. She has not responded like i have stated before. We offer a 2yr warranty of all work we do for our customers. even if they move to another city we will cover any cost of repairs that need to be fixed from what we have done. From all the information i have been able to get sounds like a bad relationship that souldn't have anything to do with us.

    We paid ****** ****. the first week of Nov 2021 to put a new motor in the ** jetta. He told us it would be 2 weeks. We didnt get the car back until the 3rd week of Jan. 2022. He told us it had a 3 year warranty on it. The car broke down 30 mins after leaving his lot. He picked it up and said it would be under warranty, not to worry. He then informered us later that he would NOT warranty this at ALL. ****** said it would be fixed in a couple of days. We had to call him after 3 weeks. He yelled at us and said I have no control over when parts get here. And then told us to get our f****** car off his lot and he would not honor or fix anything ever again. I had to car towed to another shop, whom informed me, that the motor was NOT switched out. They have made a list of everything thats missing off my car. And has sent me picture of everything he did wrong and did NOT do at all. We now have another **** **** to actually get this car running and in safe condition. ****** put my son on the road with a very unsafe car!!! We are in the process of hiring a Lawyer. We would strongly advised to seek council, due to the significant amount of damage and money, stolen from us. We have also filed a police report for the theft of the missing parts the car We have been told the motor is in really bad shape and may be a total loss at this point.****** has now informed me, that we are no longer allow to talk to him. So, We are now exploring every avenue to try to recoup any of our money. The total at this point is over ******* Unfortunately, we allowed this man to work on our other cars. We have been advised to take them both in to make sure that work was done correctly and is safe to drive. So there is another ****** just in inspections, on top of what we may have to get re fixed Disappointed to say the least. This guy plays a victim, if confronted at all. At this point I will just take the **** back that we paid. He did NOTHING to this car other then take part off

    We did put a used engine in the vehicle for this customer. The power steering pump went out on the vehicle after it leaving. A used engine does not come with new parts for the engine. We are not responsible for parts that are not part of the used engine. Be **** of this customer will try to rip you off at all cost. Do one repair they think the whole car is warrantied. Do not help these people.
