As seen in the screen shoots of the texts above my customer ********************* was informed of the diagnostic and all the codes (issues the truck had at the moment it got to the shop) the truck was towed to the shop because the truck had water in the engine and fuel system, a dead battery, and was missing the starter with all the bolts and hardware. We explained to her all the issues her truck had and all the repercussions an engine can had with water in the engine but   she was only interested in fixing the ones to get the ruck running again.
On the next two visits she did a year and two months after that, we found problems with her battery and her transfer case which are completely different and not related to the first job.

The images provided above showcase all the conversations between my client, *********************, and our team during the repairs of her vehicle. These images demonstrate complete transparency regarding the work performed on her car, along with the dates. However, I am a bit puzzled by her request for a full refund when the first job was completed on November 9th, 2022, which was more than a year ago, and had no correlation with the repairs performed at our shop. I would appreciate it if we could have a constructive discussion to resolve this matter amicably. I am unable to send more than 5 images. I can send the remaining conversation in another message here or by email.
