  we bought a washer dryer and refrigerator from bmc the washer door latch was broken and we were told it was because it was not pluged in to power the refrigerator has no refrigerant in it there are holes in the lines and someone let it out the manufacture will not fix the did not put the holes in the copper lines we just would like our money back thank you for your help

  FIRST OF ALL WE DO NOT TRY AND RIP ANYONE OFF, WE OFFER A 7 DAY EXCHANGE ON ANY APPLIANCE SOLD THAT DOES NOT WORK FROM THE START AND THIS WAS OFFERED TO THIS CUSTOMER WHICH THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF FOR ONE OF THE APPLIANCES. THEY KNEW AND SIGNED A CONTRACT UNDER NO PRESSURE THAT THEY AGREED TO THAT EXPLAINED WE DON'T DO CASH BACK, BUT THEY HAVE DECIDED AFTER AGREEING TO THESE TERMS THAT THEY DIDN'T LIKE THEM AND DEMANDED THERE MONEY BACK, WE RESPONDED THAT WE WOULD EXCHANGE THE **** FOR ANOTHER ONE BUT THEY HAVE DECIDED TO GO ANOTHER DIRECTION. WE SELL NEW SCRATCH AND DENT APPLIANCES AT ABOUT HALF OF RETAIL SO IN DOING SO WE COME ACROSS AN APPLIANCE THAT JUST DOESN'T WORK LIKE THIS ONE  AND THAT IS WHY WE OFFER THE 7 DAY EXCHANGE POLICY. WE ARE PAST THAT TIME PERIOD ON THIS SALE SO NOTHING MORE CAN BE DONE TO RESOLVE THIS.
