I hired them to check my heat not working they said they find a part bad and no availablety of this part and I need to get new unit for $6900. I hired another company and they found the issue fixable and they fix my heat. I don't trust advantage heating to not honest company. ThReview from Becky R

Had Advantage Heating and Air Conditioning come out on an Air Conditioning tune up special. Technician was great, but installed and charged us for two parts that we didn't need because our ac is out of freon and wouldn't run any way. Also, the furnace filter was never cleaned, which should have been done with the tune up. The unit had been working prior to the tuneup, although we hadn't used it because it hadn't been warm. After the two new parts were installed, the tech said it was fine and left. Since it wasn't that hot, it was hard to tell if it was working. It wasn't. With the four hot days, we had no ac. Called them and they came back on Monday to say that we needed a new ac AND a new furnace. Granted, they are both older units, but why did we just pay over 700 dollars on something they knew wasn't going to work because it didn't have any freon? I just feel like it was very dishonest business to "fix" an unfixable thing and charge us for it.Review from Linda B

I am so glad that we started using Advantage Heating & Air Conditioning! Their customer service is excellent! ***** was very thorough and when he discovered that our UV light system had to be replaced, he and the owner of the company went above and beyond to make sure that the system was replaced in a timely manner. I highly recommend this company---they really care about their customers!Review from Rick M
