I had a check engine error that I brought in for an appointment Monday morning. Later I got a call saying they had to order parts so it would be a couple days. My car is a ******, but they gave me a sedan. I didn't complain bc I figured it would only be a few days. I hadn't heard a word so called to check - said my entire engine wiring was corroded and it would be 6-8 weeks to fix. I asked if I could be swapped to a larger car with roof racks as we kayak often & if I was to be without it for most of the summer I'd need something that was comparable. **, the mgr at the rental department was condescending/rude & told me it would be virtually impossible. I told him no urgent rush - if he could find something in the next 2 weeks. Heard nothing, had to call back. He told me no again. I called ** & suddenly they had a car that fit my needs. The *** stunk SO bad that I spent the majority of the time with the windows down. It smelled like someone had smoked in that car and they tried to clean/cover it up with shampoo. ** also made it very clear no dogs/non paved roads/no out of state driving. ** had the service team escalate my parts and said my car would be ready a few weeks early. Again - I figured I'd just deal with the rental and hope my car was ready soon. A week and a half later my car was ready. Went to pick it up and it was filthy. Now, I didn't drop my car off empty thinking it would be a short time and it certainly wasn't new car clean but the condition I got it back in was so appalling. Nothing was wiped down, they emptied all my belongings into a box and tossed it on the back seat. Scuffs on my window made it difficult to drive so I had to take a sponge and buff them out. Fingerprints and dust everywhere. I certainly wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, but for sure not women. I got Hyundai involved & simply asked that the dealership pay to get my car cleaned. ****** the ** refuses to provide cleaning unless I remove my review completely.

They are double charging for charging my electric vehicle. I was there at 7:30am and left the charging station at 8:20. The screen mentioned the session was free for the first hour. I was disappointed to find out I was billed $8.88 and change for an asphalt fee just for parking at the station. So I called charge point about this and and they mentioned that yes the energy was free yet the owner is charging a parking fee while you're charging. I can see if the car is sitting all day after the charge has been completed to charge for a sitting fee. To be double charged is not acceptable and has never occurred at a gas station. This needs to be taken care of!
