            On may 9th 2024 I purchased a refurbished tanning bed from ***** ************ and his business Tan tech dba Tan Republic Rainbow. I paid Mr ************ $3500 for a versa spa classic machine and $1800 for a soltron s40 champ machine. Each had been removed from a location remodeled by tan republic. And were stored at a tan republic warehouse. I picked up said machine in a location that advertised tan republic on signage and trailers. I was assured both worked and were refurbished. After getting both machines home each was filthy, with rodent extremely and product build up etc. after connecting each neither worked. Multiple parts on the versa spa were broke needed replaced before it could even function. The Soltron to this day still doesnt work. After having a master electrician and certified bed tech work on it. Ive contacted Mr ************ to resolve the issue and with out resolution. There is no phone number anywhere online to contact tan republic corporate. I have filled out the online form for contact with no response. Furthermore I drove over 9 hours to pick up both machines and have asked to voluntarily drive the 9 hours back to return the machine and get my money refunded. Also with no response.

            I was paying for a service from anothet location of Tan Republic; unfortunately that one closed due to the owner not paying bills and stealing. I paid for a two month membership for myself and husband for almost $300+ and they moved to a location that did not offer same product. They acknowledged the wrong doing and I have emails stating they would cancel membership and will refund but never did. They quit emailing me back and have not called me. I need help getting my money back; which again I have in writing they said they would.
