This operation is a SCAM!!! They called my wife and wanted permission to send a back brace that my Dr. ALLEGEDLY ***** for me. She told them to call my cell phone and they refused to do so and continued to HARRASS her for information as to sizing it. She told them AGAIN to call me and they hung up on her. They sent the brace, but it doesn't fit. So far, NO LUCK in them calling back to return it. I have called my Dr., and they have NO RECORD of him *****ing a back brace for me. Also, I live in ******** WHY would my Dr. ***** medical equipment from a place in ****** for me when we have several medical supply companies locally? I will be contacting ******** about this place and filing a FRAUDULENT CHARGE complaint about this!! If you should get calls from this place HANG UP...IT'S A SCAM!!!!Review from Ann C

Why are they not BBB accredited? Most likely because they are running an operation that phones ******** recipients with a very confusing spiel, then they send equipment you don't need and **** ******** for it. Unfortunately, ******** appears to have paid them for the unnecessary equipment they mailed to me. I never got a live person on the phone, and when I sent the equipment back, it was returned to me, supposedly because of insufficient address. I used the address they list. Perhaps it doesn't actually exist? They do not deserve even the single star I had to click in order for this review to be submitted. Beware.
