            On Thursday the 9th of March I bought a Toilet that was a "Blow Out" Showroom model that turned out to *** severely damaged in manufacture. This is a violation of Safety and Sanitary code, to sell KNOWINGLY A DYSFUNCTIONAL TOILET. One that apparently They Knew was Broken and NOT TO DISCLOSE THAT IT WAS BROKEN. They are willing to lose a 40 year customer over this sale, showing a COMPLETE DISREGARD FOR SANITARY STANDARDS, IT IS CRIMINAL TO SELL A MANUFACTURER BROKEN ITEM AS "FUNCTIONAL". The The Manager was rude on his return message and treated me not as a valued 40 year Cash customer but as a "Problem". This after talking to the Manufacturer with their view that Consolidated Supply should ********* of this problem. Their, Consolidated's solution, BUY A NEW TOILET! BEING STUCK WITH A DYSFUNCTIONAL UNSANITARY FIXTURE.Head Manager has not returned phone call Forcing me to just walk away in disgust and NEVER Buy from them again.Probably $100K in purchases a year.
