We hired Black Diamond Sealcoating to sealcoat the streets of our small neighborhood of 50 homes. Got a very competitive bid and they were able to complete the job one week later. We split the job over two days to minimize the disruption to our residence. The owner **** and his crew worked quickly and were totally professional throughout the process. I would like to thank ********************* from Black Diamond Sealcoating for fine workmanship on our church parking lot and going the extra mile to make it happen in very quick turn around time. When someone drove through the barriers across the white parking lot lines, you did the repairs to the lot without additional upcharge. As a ********* of 40 plus years I recognize quality workmanship, and someone who takes pride in what they do and cares about their customers. I am a superintendent with a major mechanical contractor, and hired these folk on a recommendation from a friend. I got a quote the same day I called, a week later the project was underway. They were tasked with sealcoating and restriping an industrial parking lot for the employees. it was like herding cats to get the employees to stay off for a day to let the coating set up, so of course someone walked right through it and left footprints in the wet coating. when the crew came the next day they didn't even say a word, they just fixed it, no upcharge, no issues at all, they showed up early (with a request) and completed the job sooner then expected. bottom line is that this company will be my go to for all the sealcoating and striping needs for my customers and myself. My experience was very good. Very good communication and the bid for the job was timely. Good follow-up on the date the job was to be done. I was very pleased with the seal coat on my long driveway to my house, and it looks great.Black Diamond Sealcoating Response
