    1/25/23 i went into to get my normal Botox and after I got it done. I noticed that they put in areas I don't normally do. I asked the girl when I was paying that it wasn't right. She said yes it was well when I woke up the next day my eyelids were sagging and I called them, and they said I needed to wait a few days to see if it will go away. Well, I went to their office on 1/31/23 showed them my eyes and they could see their mistake. they called it a miscommunication on my expense so not only out of the cost of the Botox for them doing the wrong thing, I have to look like my eyes are sagging. I work in the cosmetic industry where my appearance is very important. I was really upset when they told me they were glad I showed up because most people don't show up when something goes wrong. I know for a fact that's not true there was another customer. Who has had worse experience she will also be filing as well?

    We are sorry you experienced a negative outcome with your last botox treatment.  As you know there are risks when getting injection treatments such as Botox, i.e.  heavy eye lids, bruising, etc, which are outlined in our consent forms.

    Its been documented that we responded to your text in less than 30 minutes of hearing your concern.  Shortly there after we followed up with a phone call to reduce any misunderstanding through text, where we discussed some of the following.   We recommended at the time of first hearing about your concern to wait to be seen until the product had fully kicked in, which is 14 days post treatment.  Trying to make adjustments prior to the ********************************************************************************************* and that is the last thing we would want is to make things worse, not better.

    Upon reviewing your past treatments, we used the same amount of product and injected into the same treatment areas as we had at your prior two treatments with us. 

    After further communications we were able to be in agreeance on meeting in person, 7 days post treatment. Which we were happy you were willing to come in and let us take a look and discuss your concerns.

    At your follow up appointment it was clear that you did not want to have any adjustments done, which we understood.  It became apparent there was no option to remedy the situation that was adequate for you.  After listening to your concerns we offered to refund the money from your treatment on 1.25.23.

    We have since then Accepted a Refund request made by you for the entire amount spent on 1.25.23.

    It seems clear at this point, you feel there is nothing we can do to create a resolve.
    Luckily any negative effect you may still have from this treatment will get better with time and will resolve itself and will be resumed back to its original state prior to your last injection.

    And within a few short weeks your area of concern should be resolved.

    I am rejecting this response because: they never refunded anything to me they offered to refund me ****** which I felt that wasnt fair due to I will have to look like this for at least 5months also they offered to fix it but put yourself in my position would want them to fix something they messed up on . I would like a full refund

    On 2.10.23 a request was made to refund your entire purchase of $484. We accepted and approved the refund request on 2.11.23.  Per our records the $484 was debited from our account on 2.13.23 to fulfill the refund.  If you have not received your refund you will need to contact the bank that you initiated the refund request through.  We have case numbers and documentation to show that everything that we can do on our end has been fulfilled.  

    We can provide a contact info and case numbers if you still need assistance after contacting your bank.
