Refusing to repair my HVAC which is under warranty because they have a personal grudge and is discriminating against me. I plan to legal action against them for discrimination

I listened to your phone calls. Thank you for your comment that you have never had an issue with our techs. Sara did offer to send you a copy of the Trane warranty so you could see for yourself that any Trane dealer can access warranty parts for your system to complete a repair. You told Sara that Curtis Total said it was a Jack Lehr warranty, not a Trane warranty. Bought a trane ac unit in 2019 every single year we have had a problem with something on the unit including every year we have lost refrigerant. Now 2023 I go to turn the unit on AGAIN, and AGAIN here we go ANOTHER problem. Now jack lehr wants to charge us 3000 dollars to fix the problems. We have contacted trane also and from both we are getting NO where. Had a phone call into jack lehr on Monday may 1st sara told me the manager was in a meeting she wld call me the next day by NOON, noon came no phone call so I call her and she tells me she hasn't been able to talk to the manager yet and has not heard back from trane, told me she would contact me by the end of the day, getting close to end of day and NO phone call from her yet, so I calljack lehr and was told sara had left. This company is not standing behind the customer at all. 7000 dollar unit and they want to charge us 3000 more to get it fixed. This was a faulty unit from the beginning and they did nothing and every year since there has been a problem.
