We stayed at this hotel, upon arrival I notified the front desk who was brain the assistant manager and front desk girl **** who were telling people if they wanted somewhere clean to stay to go to a different hotel. There was used condoms, blood splatter on sheets and in the bed, bugs, cobwebs, pubic hair, dirty towels hair all over the shower and tub with used soap in the drain, toilets that were never cleaned, food and drink stuck to everything, broken cords plugged into the dust covered outlets, AND THE WINDOWS DONT LOCK! We are lucky we didn't die. We had to go buy our own towels and cleaning supplies so we could use our room. Assistant manager won't refund me money, thinks it's all a joke. This place is a death trap and disgusting. I submitted photos of everything to the hotel ***** refuses to issue any type of refund, claims the only way they would be able to give me my money back is if I drove 2 hours there then I could have it back. Not even trying to issue me a check or putting the money onto the card I have on file. I slept in someone else's blood. And that was able to be seen, no one knows what else was actually in the bed I stayed in. No one stay here. You'll get sick and hurt. This place will end up catching on fire with all of the people that use the hotel for free by going though the windows at night. Oh and the locks don't work on the doors except for the chain, and the key cards really dont open the doors. Only sometimes. Good thing the windows are always a separate option for entering while your key card doesn't work. I was told there is a 20 minute review time which we never signed or were even told about upon checking in. Also I started reporting the room with in a few hours of me being there. Sleeping in someone else's body fluids is a reason to give money back no matter what. NONE OF THIS IS OK. Giving someone a dirty room is not ok. Taking money when the customer has to do the services such as cleaning is not ok. I have receipts and pictures.

I just stayed in this hotel with my two kids. My teenage son work up Saturday with a couple bug bites. I didn't think much of it, but Sunday morning he woke up with many more, that he did NOT have the night before. My daughter and myself were in the second bed and we are completely fine. I looked under the mattresses and my son's mattress had little black specks which I feel I have heard could be bed bug poop. My daughter's and my mattress didn't have those. So now of course I am completely panicking that we are going to bring bedbugs home or something, AND that I PAID for this. His mattress was the one farthest from the door of our unit. I want my money back. Regardless of the type of bug it's unacceptable. And I want to know they're doing something about it before renting out the room to others.

I received a response but not all my issues were addressed. There is still a $75 hold on my bank account. When I called this morning, the man who answered stated it was released on Sunday April 9th. I did call the bank, the hold is still in place. Can someone please check into this?

John P***, I did recheck your $75.00 hold. The hold has been released. Unfortunately the timing of the reinstatement of your funds is now dependent on your bank. Some banks release them immediately and others take 24 or more hours.

Absolutely horrible place, not as described when booked, dirty, staff belligerent. Difficulties with door card key, staff assisted three times throughout our 1 night stay. In the morning after the third attempt, man behind the desk didn't understand why they didn't change our room and he couldn't get in. He said he would call maintenance. My boyfriend and I went out for breakfast because the only thing I could have at their continental breakfast was coffee. The man at the desk said he would have maintenance there by the time we got back. When we returned 45 minutes later, man at the desk said he would let maintenance know we were waiting and send him out. We waited 30 minutes longer with no response. I went to front desk. The man said he could not do anything until he cane with the keys, that he did not have the keys and needed to stay at the desk. I asked if housekeeping had a key, he said it was a maintenance issue and didn't know when maintenance would be there to help us. My boyfriend is on diabetes and heart medication which was locked in the room. I ended up calling police. After another hour, housekeeping got us in the room. The man at the front desk should be fired, he was cursing at us, and made excuses. I want a full refund, and my $75 deposit has not been refunded. This made us late for spending time with family at Easter. Check in to this place was 4/8/23 and check out 4/9/23. I did not even shower there, went to family, we just wanted to leave this awful place.

Ms Joan P***, We apologize for the inconveniences incurred during your recent stay. Unfortunately, since you did use the hotel room, we are unable to refund your stay. As for the desk attendant, his supervisor will reprimand him and work with him on retraining.. Again, we apologize for your inconvenience. ParkView Inn Management

Stay away. When checking in the front desk girl was high or drunk. There were crumbs and chips in the dresser. The bed sheets were gross. There was no water in the pool. My daughter and I saw roaches. When I told the front desk about this they did nothing. So when I got home I called and talked to the manager. I told her my issues and she never apologized or offered to do anything. When I asked her for the owner info like an email she told me no and that I get what I pay for. She also told me to leave bad reviews on all the sites. I am now disputing the charges with my credit card company. I have never been treated so rudely before in my life. Everyone there was so unprofessional and clearly did not care for the health and safety of their guests.
