    I booked this hotel room for June 8 2023 check-in and June 10 check out. Pictures looked great online. When we got there we were an hour early . So we could not check in . Ok that's my bad. We finally get checked in and get a room key. Twice the room key did not work. Had to go back to office twice. Finally get into room and what a mess. Dirty sheets pubic hairs all over bed. We immediately went back down to office and got another room. Get the other room key guess what. Key doesn't work. Finally got it to work and it wasn't much better. But the bed looked clean. We disinfected everything we touched. Well anyway I had to have surgery at local hospital the next day and spend the night so my wife would be staying there by herself the second night. So the first evening there were people smoking pot everywhere. Terrible smell in and out of room. So we went to get something to eat . Came back and ate it there. About 830 pm a knock on the door . It was a man asking for a woman that he knows is in there . I said there is no woman in there but he refused to take no for an answer. I politely asked him to leave . I shut door and he stood there. I opened the door and basically told him to get going. He finally left. Then all night long there were knocks on our door. I feel as if we were being scoped out. Not me but my wifey. We woke up early the next morning for my surgery packed up and we left. I booked another hotel for my wife for the next night. So after my surgery while I was recovering my wife went back and asked for the one night refund for the night she did not stay and they told her no. All I'm asking is for the refund. The place was very dirty ,scummy ,drug infested and just terrible. I have emailed them multiple times and they said they would get back to me and nothing yet. I just want back the one day stay not both nights. I also found out that this place is big into prostitution

    On june 16th 2023 i made a hotel reservation at the red roof inn in Allentown on ********** **** that costed $80 for a superior king bed room. That in the first 25 minutes after checking into our room, my boyfriend and i had seen about 25 cockroaches, we called down to the front desk and asked for a different room, they sent us to a different room, which was a smaller room than the type of room we had paid for, so we called down to the front desk again to ask that they put us in a room we had paid for, but instead of doing so the suggested we leave and they’d give us a refund to which they have yet to give us a refund, even after checking out.

    September 1-3 at Red Roof Inn The room was filthy. The bathroom was full of rust and mold. There were little animal turds on the floor in the bathroom. The bedding was not clean and had stains on it. The walls were filthy, and the radio had the last person’s fake eyelashes on it. It was noisy with people coming in and out and knocking on the wall. The deadbolt on the door did not have the bolt so we can feel safe. Last but not least we had to kill roaches. I was not able to take a shower there and had to go to a family member’s house to do so that I made the trip from North Carolina to visit. I am definitely going to ask for a refund because this was totally unacceptable for anyone to have to go through. I am immune compromised and have severe respiratory issues. I had to wear a mask the majority of the time in the room. I contacted the property for a refund and the manager told me he was not giving me a refund. He said I should have left right away and searched for another place to stay after I drove over 9 hours to get there and was tired and disabled. He said get your money back from *******.com since that is who I got my registration from. He then hung the phone up on me. So, I am requiring a full refund of $263.98, Thanks, John!     I booked a two night stay at Red Roof Inn, Allentown, PA (**** ********** Road Allentown, PA *****, confirmation number ***-******) on the nights of June 10th through June 12th. I requested a refund because of my horrible, health-violated, bug infested stay and have yet to hear back via phone call per request from the manager of Allentown, after leaving several messages with staff and being told I’d get a call back. I “stayed” a total of ~10 minutes, including walking to and from my room. I was refunded one night, but I need a refund for both. Per every email I have sent to the customer service email and now the “managers” email, this is absolutely unacceptable and the lack of communication is abominable. I finally received this email back yesterday: “Good Morning, You checked in for 2 nights as per your reservation, after 30 mins you came to front desk and told front desk GSR you are checking out. You have not mentioned anything about the infected room if that was the issue we had some superior king rooms available at that time and we can provide you other room to accommodate you at the property. After an hour of leaving from the property you called the front desk and ask for the refund and he clearly mentioned you about the one day refund and we did that. Thank you” I wanted to get out of there as quickly as possible. After seeing the room, smelling the marijuana and smoke in the room, being cat-called, seeing bugs and spider webs, I did NOT want a “superior” room, or any room for that matter. That room was a health violation and it was an unsafe environment. I called when I was FINALLY somewhere safe and demanded a refund for both nights. Something needs to be done about this. Management is horrible. Communication is horrendous. A refund for both nights is needed.

    I made a mistake and booked a room at the red roof inn for the wrong dates. I booked the reservation thru ********* originally. I called ********* and made them aware of the mistake, I spoke with red roof inn customer service and I spoke with the general manager/owner of the red roof inn and no one could help me rectify the simple mistake. I am asking for a cancellation and refund since I will not be using the hotel on those dates.
