            July 2023 began clearing for versalok walls, new steps, cement work. Downspouts not connected, upper cement not cut and already pulling away from steps. Carport too small for either vehicle. Hillside left covered with tarp as we could not have mulch blowing off of the hillside. Why not colored landscape rocks? Left unfinished job August 8th. Called them and returned September 19th. Called again in October and they returned November 7th. Job is incomplete.

            Hello, this is my rebuttal to the issues that *** *** **** ******** have sent via BBB.
            Downspouts not connected, they sent a picture of 1 downspout that isn’t connected at the present time, and yes I would be happy to fix this for them.
            Upper cement not cut and pulling away from steps, this is cement crème and it did what it is supposed to do along expansion strip at the step, cement doesn’t pull away or move as stated, I will use a cement epoxy to make it nicer to fix the complaint.
            Carport dimensions were given to me by *** ******** for a 12x14 carport, I ordered those dimensions and had it delivered and installed.
            As to the heavy duty landscape fabric that was pinned to the front landscape bed, *** ******** agreed to use black mulch, so I bought enough black mulch and delivered it to the jobsite, *** ******** then told me that he changed his mind and wanted colored stone instead, I have no problem installing colored stone for them but the price difference from black mulch to colored stone is $3,471.16 materials only, I will supply the labor at no charge.

            I do hope to resolve this in a timely manner.
