    on July 6th 2024 @11:37pm he convenience store pa lottery machine charged my bank account $36.00 for a transaction. when the transaction was finalized the machine froze after few minutes it began a shut down process then immediately restarted. i never received the pa lottey tickets i paid for. then owner called next day and is refusing to give the money back that the machine charged my account for. i sent a copy of the email from bank showing transaction completed and also a email from bank. i then called my bank filed a dispute and also verified over the phone that 36$ was taken from my account. owner still will not return my money. the business also has cameras to prove my case. the pa lottery machine prints out a report and would show my 36$ transaction. the employee working at that time was present while this occured she also seen my bank account was charged and machine froze and never received tickets. i called pa state police to file report and also will call pa lottery monday morning. i wanted my money returned to me as i rightfully was intitled to. i have all bank statements and rercords proving money was taken. i want my $36 back from business that they toke. thank you

    Customer used a cashapp card to try to purchase 6 tickets totally $36.00
    It was approximately 11:30pm 
    When customer inserted card to purchase the tickets, our floor machine powered off and she did not get her tickets.
    One of my employees call me because the customer refused to leave until she got her money back.  The employee explained to her that I would run a report from the machine in am and got her information (name and phone number). 
    The report from the lottery machine had transaction from 22:19 hours then not til 23:46
    On 7/10/24, a lottery rep was in our store (Chad Searer) and he said that the transaction was definitely not captured and that the customer should have called the lottery to dispute.
    The customer shouldve disputed through cashapp to get her money back since the lottery and/store did not receive the $36 in question.
